Bollywood reigning queen Kareena Kapoor has almost worked with top A-list filmmakers but never got an opportunity to work with ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Nonetheless, the 31-year-old actor has now accomplished her dream as she would be soon working with Bhansali for his forthcoming project ‘Ramleela’.
The film is based on Shakespeare’s novel ‘Romeo and Juliet’. In the meantime, the film would also give us another glimpse of different Jodi of Bebo and Ranveer Singh as the duo actors have been paired together for the first time. Reportedly, not many details about the film have yet been disclosed by the team. Interestingly, few sources suggest that Bebo has given nod to the project and has even allocated her dates.
Currently, she is busy shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar’s film ‘Heroine’ and has kept all her assignments aside to concentrate on the film.
Sonakshi Sinha got a thunderous debut in ‘Dabangg’ regardless of her village girl image and minimal skin show. She went on to sign some mega films opposite some of the biggest stars without violating her self imposed ‘no exposure’ condition. But however when she recently began shooting for her next film ‘Lootera’, her inhibitions had gone for a toss. The actress had to shoot a romantic sequence with her co-star Ranveer Singh. She has shot for the intimate love making scenes with Ranveer with whom she has even been linked briefly.
The film shows the on-screen couple truly, deeply and madly in love with each other. And if that’s the requirement of the script, the cast had to obviously exemplify the drama and guess what the two decided to do it without any hesitation. Reportedly the scene was shot last week and if sources are to be believed the two were extremely comfortable in doing the intimate scene. While Ranveer has done such scenes in his previous two films, it was a first of its kind for Sonakshi Sinha who had shunned such offers in past but made an exception for Ranveer.
‘Band Bajaa Baraat’ debutant, Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma are highly promoting their movie, ‘Ladies vs Ricky Bahl’ which hit the theatres yesterday. In their media interaction at a promotional event, Ranveer Singh revealed, “Anushka is the most generous and supportive co-star anybody would have. She has taught me so many things and the best part I like about her is that she never holds back with her criticisms and suggestions and I hope to do more films with her”. He also added that his second-time co-star is brutally honest to him.‘Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl’ is Ranveer and Anushka’s second film together after ‘Band Bajaa Baraat’. The duo are very much excited for their latest film as except the cast members of the film, the entire team of the movie is similar to ‘Band Bajaa Baraat’.
