To all those who are the devotees of Satya Sai Baba in Puttaparthi, they are aware of the ritual Baba used to have on his birthday. The students of the Satya Sai group of educational institutions used to gather and he used to celebrate his special day in their presence. Now, it appears that Mohan Babu is also on the same path.
The collection king has been celebrating his birthday amidst students of his Sri Vidyaniketan group of educational institutions. While he is no spiritual guru or holy Baba, Mohan Babu has been spending a lot of time in Tirupathi where his educational institutions are there and has been doing his bit to the temple town.
But looking at his birthday celebrations, some are stating on a lighter vein that he is feeling like Puttaparthi Baba spending time in the company of students. Whatever it is, the gestures and initiatives of Mohan Babu has surely brought a difference to Tirupathi just like Satya Sai Baba did for Puttaparthi

Manchu Hero's @ 'Catch Me If You Can'!!

A 'hit' seems tough for this hard working chap, but his attempts are still on to prove himself with Tollywood. Folks, this is Manchu Vishnu for you!
Disastrous 'Saleem' had made the situation of Manchu Vishnu and his father Mohanbabu so pity. Later, Vishnu has come up with 'Vastadu Na Raju', which became on more flop-feather in his tumbling career. This time he is said to be coming up with a movie in the likes of Hollywood blockbuster 'Catch Me If You Can'. From the last 4-5 months, Mohan Babu himself is sitting with writer Kona Venkat to pen the script with all 'hit' formulas and 'commercial' ingredients. Successful actor from their family, Manchu Manoj is also taking part in the project by directing 'action' sequences.
Tentatively titled as 'Dorakadu', the film went to floors already and currently shooting is going on in Tirupathi. The movie is planned silently for a summer release and one has to see if it can make some noise at Box Office or goes silent!

Manchu Manoj got his share of appreciation yesterday, by receiving a Nandi award for his stunning performance in 'Vedam'. However, one expects Mohan Babu to be present at the venue, where Manoj deserves a huge applause. But, except his mother, none from the family were present at the award ceremony to cheer him.
Insiders are saying that both Mohan Babu and his elder son Vishnu are in town involving in an upcoming movie script discussion. Is script-work that important than cheering Manoj for his 'Nandi Award' is the question of many fans. Analysts are saying that Manoj's award that too for the movie of opponent and mega hero Allu Arjun's 'Vedam' is not going well in the family. They say all are friends off-screen. Then why is this discrimination within the family?

Veteran director K.Raghavendrarao is presently busy with the shooting of his current project "Shirdi Sai" with Nagarjuna in lead role.The film shooting is presently progressing in Karnataka.
Earlier we heard that after completion of Nag's "Shirdi Sai" project, director K Raghavendar Rao will direct a film titled "Ravana Brahma" with Mohan Babu in the title role. Now the another buzz is in this film Young Rebel star Prabhas is going to play the role Indrajith, who is the son of Ravana Brahma.So Mohan Babu and Prabhas will act as a father and son roles in this flick.

Perhaps the only actor in Tollywood who has the right ammunition to give a fight to the likes of Mahesh Babu is Prabhas. This young rebel star has got that rugged and macho look mixed with the right kind of talent to score a string of blockbusters. Now, it is heard that the chances of Prabhas doing a mythological role look high.
Buzz is that Prabhas is likely to essay the character of Indrajith, son of Ravana, a young warrior with magical powers and especially the power of invisibility. In Ravana’s army, Indrajith is the only one with such powers. Now, it is heard that Mohan Babu is doing a film wherein he is essaying the role of Ravana. The announcement came long back.
Now, the time has come for the project to take off soon. Maybe Prabhas will be considered as Indrajith. The cine folks say their combo will be the perfect if everything goes as per plan. Produced by Mohan Babu, the film has tied the hands of Reliance as per reports, as nothing is recovered physically from the movie. The big giants felt that investing in Tollywood is a worst option.
However, after certain inquiries, the media-giant wants to come back again and this time he has chosen Pawan Kalyan and Puri Jagan. Industry is cuckooing that Reliance is getting 'ointment' applied by these two stars, for the injury made by Mohan Babu's venture. Let us see what happens.

The standard of English is very hi-fi and that is not Mohan Babu’s style. If one can recall, he used the word ‘onebody’ instead of everybody during Vajrotsavam speech.”
They add “People don’t mind if he writes Tinglish but originality matters.
