Speaking about one of the most noted families of the film industry, the Manchu family has also got into limelight over the last decade or so. Given the fact that it has collection king Mohan Babu leading from the front while his children Manchu Vishnu, Manchu Manoj and Lakshmi Manchu are going full-on with their works, this family has increased in its presence.
However, it is heard that the family has been struggling from one big problem and that is migraine headache. Well, sources say the migraine has been turning out to be a teething issue for the Manchu folks. Especially, the elegant celebrity Lakshmi Manchu has been dabbling it on and off.
Friends of the family reveal how Mohan Babu a tough man himself has groomed his children to be tough physically and mentally which has helped them deal with this in a good way. But when such attacks come, they sure cause a good deal of trouble to the Manchu family members.

Lakshmi Irritated With 'Department' Talk

Rather promoting a bit positive about her latest flopbuster, the dazzling beauty is seen breathing fire when fans questioned about it. At a recent function, sensuous beauty Lakshmi Prasanna shocked and cursed her fans.
Manchu Lakshmi is seen sparkling at an event recently though there are some shades of disappointment on her face regarding her latest movie. The busty bee went on talking about her like for games and the presence of celebrities in bringing extra craze to the sporting event. But, the hot beauty fumed when she is questioned about her 'game', the game of cinema, an insider revealed. Before the release of 'Department', Lakshmi was running high on hopes dreaming a fantastic Bollywood debut. 
It's not about this hot chic, no one is talking even about the movie itself. This made LP furious, but she is controlling anger all these days, which at last, fired on an enthusiastic fan for the question. What is she doing before signing the flick rather repenting now !

Manchu's @ Future At Chandramukhi Palace

The siblings of this family are getting good response among Tollywood lovers, but are not able to mark their foot prints permanently. We are talking about Manchu family actors, Manoj and Lakshmi Prasanna.
They have talent to rock in various roles, but being choosy about their immediate moves is making audience forget about them. Manoj and Lakshmi Prasanna are trying to capture Telugu industry by a storm from a long time. Currently, the brother and sister are arriving with 'Oo kodataara.. Ulikki padatara'. According to reports, the whole story of this flick revolves around the 'Chandramukhi' palace that is revealed to viewers recently. In fact, such palaces got prominence after Rajni's 'Chandramukhi' and partly 'Arundhati', and hence the name. 
If UKUP too fails to convince the audience, Manoj might get a big blow for his career, while Lakshmi is having few other options. Surprisingly, the brother and sister are investing at large for this project even after biting mud for their over spent projects earlier.

Manchu Lakshmi @ Saved by Fishermen!

A tragic incident has struck the shooting of ‘Gundello Godaari.’ This could have been fatal for Manchu family, if fishermen around haven’t been there. Yes, we are here by informed of manchu lakshmi prasanna saving her life by a whisker getting drowned away into the waters of turbulently flowing Godavari River. All this was happened on the sets of ‘Gundello Godaari.’

A small hamlet setting of 170 huts was erected near the village of Chinchinada, lying on the banks of Godavari River. An artificial reservoir with 20 gates was built for shooting purpose. Reservoir was totally filled with water till the brim. Nearly 20 cameras were installed at different locations to shoot a flood scene. It was mid night 12: 45 yesterday when director made all the arrangements for canning the risky shot of Manchu Lakshmi and Aadi Pinisetti engulfed into the flood waters. When gates were opened on the call of director, the flow of water was so fierce that Lakshmi and Aadi have really inundated. 

The team of nearly 250 members on the spot stood in helpless situation with Lakshmi crying for help as she is totally asphyxiated. Thanks to local fishermen who reacted urgently and saved Lakshmi, Aadi. By that time, the two were almost submerged into 400 feet depth of Godavari Waters. Better, Lakshmi should stop such brave heroics or take enough precautionary measures before playing with life.

She is known as the elegant celebrity of the Tollywood circuit and slowly she is also making her mark in the Bollywood circuit. She is none other than Lakshmi Manchu and here is something different about her. 
Well, it is being noticed that Lakshmi has got a very different taste of life. The pretty lady keeps updating her social networking profile about having a Goli Soda or having Idli in a hut or Pesarattu at rural Andhra. While this sounds so unusual, here is a reason. It is heard that from childhood Lakshmi grew up in Chennai and that too in rich background. 
Since she is roaming in the interiors of Andhra Pradesh as part of films she finds it very exciting because this is the first time she is getting exposed to village environment. Many are thinking why she is doing this but to those who have never seen it, this surely is exciting and that's what makes Lakshmi love this 'Erra Bus' taste.

RGV Wiped Manchu Lakshmi's Tears?

Ram Gopal Varma, the name is considered the personification of pure talent and genius. At the same time, the name is also notorious for the least importance towards feelings like love. So it is natural that a man like Ramu would find it hard to show compassion towards certain things or individuals. 
Anyways, all those perceptions about him are getting cleared one by one. The latest we see is Ramu’s gesture which seems to have wiped the tears of Lakshmi Manchu. Apparently, the Manchu girl was expressing few bitter feelings about not being projected properly in her new movie ‘Department’.
Now, Ramu has released a song from the film titled as ‘Kammo’ and it has our lady dressed elegantly and shaking a leg. Buzz is that since Lakshmi was worried that she was not being projected maybe that’s why Ramu released this video. She is seen as Sanjay Dutt’s wife in the film.

Loads of talent is making her the most sought after actress these days. But, What shocks us is that a lady of heroine material is resorting to motherly roles. Folks, this is Lakshmi Manchu for you.
After proving her acting prowess as evil queen Irendri in 'Anaganaga O Dheerudu', Lakshmi Manchu entered the big league of women actors. However, the curvy siren is taking careful steps in selecting scripts. Currently, the dusky seductress (off course, she has to prove this angle still) is busy with talented filmmaker Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal' and her own production 'Gundello Godari'. Reportedly, the tall lady is said to be portraying the role of Samantha's mother in this Maniratnam flick. Paired alongside action hero and talented Arjun, both the couple are playing a strict middle class parents, say sources.
Generally after watching LP in Ramu's 'Dongala Muta', one expects to see her sizzle in a ravishing role, than an artistic portrayal. But, interesting characterization and magical screenplay by Mani sir made her bend for this movie, it appears. Let us see, how she woes the audience with her 'acting' extravaganza!

Draped in a skin tight track-pant and a tighter t-shirt, Manchu Lakshmi stood the puller of crowds at a recent public event. Running for a cause, Manchu baby outplayed another happening heroine present at the venue. While a dumbstruck Isha Chawla is looking confused over the episode, people went mad to shake a hand with Lakshmi, say sources.
Her thin frame and busty assets have made onlookers lock their heads without any smallest possible turn, the source added. Not only the school kids at the venue, their mentors too rushed to the spot have a check at this hot-beauty. Well, for now LP is coming up with her own ventures, but not any glam-doll kind of stuff to satisfy her fans a bit more!

Lakshmi Manchu @ As Gunasekhar's Rudramadevi?

The talk in the Tollywood circuit is that a long standing plan of director Gunasekhar is to come up with the film ‘Gona Gannareddy’. This is a period film and based on the real life of a man who was called the yes man to Rani Rudramadevi. And here is an interesting update regarding that project.
Buzz is that Gunasekhar is planning grandly for the character of Rudramadevi since the character is powerful and crucial to the storyline. And it is heard that he is considering Lakshmi Manchu as the ideal choice. Apparently, Lakshmi’s riveting performance in ‘Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu’ as Irendhri was a key factor for this decision.
Now, it is heard that many are waiting to see Lakshmi’s act in the Bollywood film ‘Department’. Of course, there are those who are having doubts whether Lakshmi Manchu would use her own voice given her slang and accent, for this historic character. Only time will give further clarity on this one.

Lakshmi Manchu in Maniratnam Direction!!!

The one name that comes to mind when speaking about celebrity starlets is Lakshmi Manchu. Within a short span, this elegant lady made a mark for herself in the cine circuit and soon she will be seen in the Bollywood circuit through her debut film 'Department'.

Before that is out, here is another one. Lakshmi has been roped in for a Tamil film 'Pookadai' and this would be directed by Mani Ratnam. Now, sources say Lakshmi is leaving no stone unturned to get into the skin of the character and it is heard that she would be seen as a typical Tamil girl.
So, the buzz is that Lakshmi has decided to dub for her own voice and she would be speaking Tamil with the right diction. As such, the pretty lady has got few roots connected to Chennai so she is fluent with the language. Let us see how her preparations to excel in Tamil will work out.

Suresh Babu asks Balayya to be careful

The last few days have been abuzz with the news of spat between senior hero Nandamuri Balakrishna and young hero Ram Charan. Though the issue was resolved now after the explanation of Balayya, Industry seniors are saying that everyone(Actors in particular) should be cautious about every word they utter.

D Suresh Babu, who is now the President of AP Film Chamber of Commerce, opines that it's better to be careful while speaking at public events. 
"People tend to say a lot of things during public events, though they don't mean to hurt the feeling of anyone. I think, One should be careful while speaking in public to avoid such issues," said Suresh Babu.
Lakshmi Manchu, who has teamed up with Balayya for the film 'Oo Kodathara Ulikki Padathara', said the entire issue was blown out of proportion. 
"Balayya said to me that he hardly knows Ram Charan. He was upset with the way his comments were mistaken," said Lakshmi Manchu. 
On the positive side, this issue will be a good lesson for everyone - including Balayya and the Media Houses!!!
