Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma's latest discovery Madhu Shalini, who is playing a lady gangster in his upcoming B-Town flick 'Department', is upset with the specualative reports in media.The reports say, Although RGV planned to shoot an expensive item song in Department featuring the Telugu hottie Madhu Shalini initially, he was forced by the makers to replace her with a Brazilian model. Apart from acting in a key role, Sanjay Dutt is one of the producers of the film. He was the one who objected Ramu's idea of picturing an expensive song on a B-grade actress.However, Madhu Shalini condemned the reports of Brazilian model replacing her in an item number."I have no idea from where these baseless and speculative reports come from. This song is very much part of the storyline and I couldn't imagine no one other than me doing it. I will live up to the expectations," said Madhu Shalini.Lookslike, Madhu Shalini is determined to make it big in the Hindi Film Industry. Don 2′s second day collections showed a decent jump from Friday. The film did not set any record on day one. But Don 2 is sure to be one of the top grossers of the year. After a 13.75 Crore ( 14.7 according to Taran Adarsh ) first day, it may collect 15-15.25 Cr on Saturday.The occupancies rose all over India. Delhi, Mumbai and Chandigarh multiplexes were nearly 100% for all morning and afternoon shows. The single screens in West Bengal are extremely excellent.The two day total may be 29 Crores approx. If it shows a good jump on Sunday, which i am sure it will, then the first weekend collections will come around 48 Crores which is the third best figure of the year after Bodyguard and Ra.One.

We are aware that Mahesh Babu's brother-in-law Sudhir Babu is debuting as hero in Tollywood with the film 'SMS', in short 'Siva Manasulo Sruthi' The young actor now revealed that Mahesh Babu was initially reluctant when he expressed his desire to enter into films."Initially Mahesh Babu was reluctant, when my wife told to him about my interest in acting. He opined that acting career requires a lot of groundwork, talent and luck. I had undergone training in Padmalaya studios and also prepared a show reel. Mahesh saw it during the shooting of Dookudu and he was impressed with the output. Then I told to him about the project SMS. He asked Srinu Vytla to have a look at the script. Taking the suggestions of Srinu Vytla, we have made few changes to the script," said Sudhir Babu.Sudheer Babu claimed that fans of Superstar have received him with warm welcome, even before the release of his debut film as hero."Fans are very happy with my decision to enter films. When you look at the film families in the Industry, there are at least 3 heroes from each family who had taken the acting career seriously. But for Superstar's fans, there is only Mahesh Babu. Fans are expecting few more movies in a year from Superstar Krishna's family. I think, I can fill this gap," he opined.His favourite film of Krishna is Alluri Seetaramaraju and coming to Mahesh, Okkadu and Khaleja are top on his list. Sudhir Babu said that he still couldn't figure out why Khaleja failed to make the cash registers ringing.Sudheer Babu also distributed some of the blockbuster films in the past for areas like Vizag, Guntur and Nellore. Five out of Six films he had distributed till date has turned out to be money spinners at the Box Office(Arya, Bommarillu, Athanokkade, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana and Ranam). And after close to four months, the filmmaker spilled the beans of his plans of making a film with Prince at the music launch of The Businessman.The filmmaker, addressing a huge gathering, gave enough hints about his future movie, which stars Mahesh Babu. SS Rajamouli said that he will direct the Dookudu star. However, he puzzled the audience by saying that it is up to them to decide what they want from the director and the actor. “A Cowboy film, a James Bond film, or Alluri Seetaramaraju?” he asked the audience.However, it is believed that SS Rajamouli-Mahesh Babu’s movie might be delayed, as both are busy with their respective projects. The proposed project might take off in late 2012.
