Bollywood reigning beauty Katrina Kaif seems to be most happy these days as she admits that she is witnessing a beautiful dream that turned into reality addressing to the fact that she is working with the king of romance- actor Shah Rukh Khan and one of the B’town ace filmmakers Yash Chopra for an untitled project.
Earlier, too Kat had passed few pleasant comments on the ‘Ra.One’ star when she returned from London after completing their first film schedule. Kat praised Shah Rukh to great extent and even rated him as one of her best co-stars she had worked with. In her recent media interaction Kat once again praised the 46-year-old star by stating ‘I am elated to work with Shah Rukh. His passion for films, his acting and his hard working nature is something that should be appreciated the most.
I am lucky to work with him as well as Yashji as they both have delivered some unforgettable romcoms for Bollywood’.
Working with a big star is a dream for any director but there are times when such dream projects can also become nightmares for the same director. And that seems to be the case with director Harish Shankar right now. Well, he happens to be the director of the film ‘Gabbar Singh’ starring Pawan Kalyan.
Reports are flowing strongly that there are lots of hopes on ‘Gabbar Singh’. It is heard that both Pawan fans and mega fans are keeping huge stakes of anticipation. The audio also scored an overall hit and this has made the expectations go sky high. So now, the bomb is put under Harish’s seat.
If the film is not upto the expectations, the chances are high that Harish Shankar will not be spared. So, let us wish the film scores success and becomes a blessing for Harish and he gets felicitated with a garland of flowers. The film is being scheduled for a release in Mid May.
Comparisons between young heroes of different background are a common feature in the Tollywood circuit. This has also become a reason for feud between fans of various stars. But now, the focus is on the leading top heroes of Tollywood and their debut in Bollywood.

It is a common thing to see that either the hero or the villain of a movie tends to use 'Boothulu'. And sometimes it is the comedians who have their own style of 'Boothulu' for entertainment of the audience. But have you heard of a heroine who would use foul and abusive language.
Well, it is all set to happen and that too from a very well known and famous heroine. She is none other than Madhuri Dixit and here are the details. It is heard that Madhuri would be seen hurling some major expletives and 'Boothu' language in her new movie 'Gulab Gang'. This is directed by Anurag Kashyap.
The film is based on the life of Sampath Pal, a lady who has led a gang of women dacoits who are always draped in pink sarees. She is quite a name in the Bundelkhand region. Now, it is heard that Madhuri is quite excited about this role and is keen to twist her tongue for rolling out some hardcore 'Boothulu'.
Young rebel star Prabhas is perhaps one of those rare actors who doesn't believe in flaunting about himself or making a lot of noise. He maintains a low profile and focuses on his work most of the times. Currently, he is busy with the completion of his project 'Rebel' and there is a buzz that Lawrence made a proposal for Prabhas Kollywood Entry.
Buzz is that Lawrence the director of 'Rebel was impressed with Prabhas's command over Tamil and felt that he has that rustic face which the Tamil masses can connect strongly. Whereas Prabhas seems to be staying silent on his proposal as Rebel has been delayed for unknown reasons since quite a long time.
So, it is heard that he has been trying to convince Prabhas for foraying into the Tamil circuit. For now Prabhas looks completely focused on commencing his next project under the direction of the tough taskmaster SS Rajamouli. With other Telugu heroes showing interest in Kollywood, let us see if Prabhas follows the route or not.
Well, Dammu opened well at the box office, but it is performing well below the expectations. It is likely to face problems from sixth day as the initial hype is gone now. Even though Dammu can hold its ground for another week or so, then it will have to make way for the next biggie Gabbar Singh. Buyers of Dammu will have to recover their investment in the meantime and it seems highly impossible with this talk.
However, NTR fans or the star himself need not worry too much about Dammu's under par show. Why because the actor's lineup of films look bright and promising. Srinu Vailta's Badshah is NTR's immediate release after Dammu. We all know that Vaitla is a director with special skills. He always blends the hero's image with his style of entertainment and delivers minimum guarantee films. As pet the buzz, Badshah story has shaped up really well.
After Badshah, NTR has a film each with Puri Jagan and Trivikram. Both the directors are known for making films according to the strengths of the actors. Although Puri made a flop called Andhrawala with NTR, he is looking forward to settle the scores with a big hit. Trivikram on the other hand explores the funny side of actors and highlights their comedy angle in a brilliant fashion. Also these directors have a good following among the family audiences and class sections too. That will come in handy for NTR to expand his range as a star.
Lately, a lot is being spoken about the buddying of Ram Charan and Junior NTR. Given the kind of fights that the fans of these heroes have, their friendship has created a new chapter in the Tollywood circuit. And it also seems to have given a new idea of a film to one prestigious banner.
We are talking about the famous R R Moviemakers banner and it is heard that given the way both have been moving around and hanging out, the R R Moviemakers are keen on coming up with a film starring both. As it is, the banner is very well known for publicizing movies grandly.
With films like ‘Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ opening the gates for multi-starrers, it could well be that having NTR and Charan sharing the screen space will create a major hysteria among the cine buffs. And R R Moviemakers have the required potential to pull this impossible project successfully. Let us hope it works.
As of now, we have seen many heroes and actors from Nandamuri compound like, late ntr, Harikrishna, Balakrishna, Kalyana Chakravarthi, Jr.ntr, Kalyan Ram, Taraka Ratna etc. Currently, four heroes from their compound are doing movies regularly and they are Balakrishna, Jr.ntr, Kalyan Ram and Tarakaratna. However, most of the anti fans and of course, some of the Nandamuri fans are considering Balakrishna as the senior citizen of tollywood based on his age factor. Incidentally, Balayya too, is interested to join active politics soon. Considering all these reasons, Balayya will no more be a hero in near future. As far as Kalyan Ram and Tarakaratna are concerned, they are simply, 'dummies', say Nandamuri fans themselves.
Last but not the least, Young Tiger ntr seems to be the only ray of hope for Nandamuri fans in tollywood in the future. It has been a proven fact that ntr has got mastery over his acting skills. There are many people who believe in the fact that Jr.ntr stands only next after late ntr among all other Nandamuri heroes in terms of extraordinary acting skills. Currently, his 'Dammu' is rocking all over the state despite its poor talk.
NTR is showing his power at the box office with Dammu yet again. He has been shaking the box office with divide talk and average reviews. Dammu managed to collect over 13.5 crore rupees in first three days and that too in AP alone. Besides it has done well in the first weekend in Karnataka too. It is too early to say if Dammu reaches safe zone or not as the talk is still not so encouraging.
Keeping commercial outcome of Dammu aside, one thing is pretty clear with this movie. NTR is the best performer among the current crop of actors. He is extremely brilliant in emotional scenes. No one comes close to him in this aspect. He is very good at mouthing powerful dialogues. None others can beat him in this department.
NTR is improving with comedy timing and is decent in romantic scenes. He is a pretty good dancer and fights so naturally. There is raw power in his fights. All in all NTR is a complete actor and Dammu once again proves a point to his critics. He should have won at least two Nandi awards by now. Somehow he has been missing to bag the best actor award despite superb performances. Hope Dammu fetches him his first Nandi as the best actor.
For all those who still doubt on Pawan Kalyan’s dancing abilities, answer is going to be in the form of ‘Gabbar Singh.’ Like Mega Star who never performed big or mind blowing dance moments in his career, it’s the grace and body language which makes audience to go in whistles, even Power Star is to show the magic in same format. The second teaser of ‘Gabbar Singh’ released to media is a strong proof on how director Harish Shankar made Pawan to move his body.
Post ‘Kushi,’ never have we seen Pawan Kalyan performing dances wholeheartedly. However, he openly accepts of being not a good dancer yet a small shake is enough for Fans to take the film’s success sphere to a new high. This is what going to happen in ‘Gabbar Singh’ because neither Pawan nor choreographers could control their temptations for DSP’s mass tunes. Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has a fetish for guns and that is evident in most of his films. Puri Jagannadh once jocularly stated that it is easy to convince Pawan Kalyan with a script that allows him to carry a gun. But the very director won the appreciation of Power star with a subject that will not have any guns.
Interestingly Pawan's love for guns was seen for the first time in Puri Jagan's Badri. Even the director has a special love for guns. Almost every Puri has the backdrop of either mafia or police and hence the usage of guns is very high. Puri is making a film titled Devudu Chesina Manushulu in which there won't be any guns and bullets.
Puri's next film with Pawan, Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu also will stay away from guns. Pawan Kalyan plays a powerful journalist role in this film and he uses his brains rather than weapons as Rambabu. Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu is going to be a special film in Pawan's career is what the buzz from industry circles say. If Pawan fans are missing vintage Power star who used to offer novelty with each film, then Rambabu is going to fulfill their dreams!
