Many of the Tollywood folks mayn't have forgot an incident which took place few months ago. It's about a heroine and her arrogant comments regarding Prabhas, who is one of the most handsome and popular heroes of Telugu Film Industry. The beauty in focus is 'Short & Cute' Nithya Menon.
To remind you: Few months back, when the reporters asked Nithya if she is ready to get paired opposite Prabhas, she replied "Who is Prabhas?". These comments hadn't gone well with the fans and admirers of Young Rebel Star. In fact, some of the young heroes in the Industry came down heavily on Nithya for her arrogance.
An unexpected and note worthy thing has finally happened. The other day, Prabhas graced the 100 days of Nitin and Nithya Menon starrer 'Ishq' as chief guest. Guess, who presented the shield to Nithya Menon? Obviously, it's Prabhas. Whether this might be a pre-planned sketch of Prabhas or a gift to his friend from Nitin is yet to be known! By now, Nithya might have known about 'Who is Prabhas?'

Young her Nitin is on a high post the success of ‘Ishq’ and he has been signing up for interesting new projects. He will now be seen in Gautham Menon’s production and this film has been titled ‘Courier Boy Kalyan’. Richa is the heroine of this movie and Prem Sai is the director of this film. Prem Sai has worked as an assistant director under Prabhu Deva earlier and he is making his debut as a director with this movie. Music is being scored by Karthik. The film will go to floors soon.

Nitin @ Teams up with Top Tamil director

Nithin’s career post the success of Ishq is on a high.The actor has been getting offers from top directors and production houses after his successful film Ishq, and he has immediately signed a film, co-starring Shruti Haasan to be produced by Bellamkonda Suresh under Sai Ganesh productions.
Now we hear that he has signed a new film which will be produced by Gautham Menon under Photon Kathaas Production Limited. Debutant director Prem Sai is going to helm this project.The film is expected to be officially launched on June 15.
Sources from the production house say that the director is currently putting finishing touches to the script. A debutante will be seen as the female lead in this film.

Nithin @ ISHQ Hits Century!

Gone are the days when films ran for hundred days. But one film proved that solid content and strong entertainment is enough to score a hit and also get hundred days run. We are talking about Nitin’s Ishq.
This film has completed hundred days run in seven direct centers. Ishq has collected a total of 10 crores share in its full run. This is a phenomenal achievement amidst tough competition. Nitin is back to form after a string of flops.
Director Vikram Kumar has done a terrific job in getting everything right. Anup’s music played big role in the success of this film. Nitya Menon’s performance and Ajay’s character will get good share in this success. Well done team Ishq.   

ISHQ @ Real Hit of the year!

A film with good content is assured of long run and films with poor content may get collections initially but will lose the steam quickly. Three of this year's hits fall in the second category! Businessman and Racha turned out to be big hits commercially and Poola Rangadu also was a good money spinner at the box office.
None of these films stood firm until the fifty day run. Racha is currently into its fifth week and the slump in collections is clearly evident. There is one film that was a good hit at the box office, which is having a brilliant run. That is none other than Nitin's Ishq, which is currently running in five theaters in Nizam alone. This film is into eleventh week and it is still getting share in Hyderabad.
Even though this film was released in limited screens, in this age of piracy, Ishq holding its ground for such a long period is excellent. When all the above films are flashy hits, this is one real hit with solid content and superb music. Congrats team Ishq! 

Nithin dance with @ PawanKalyan in GabbarSingh

Young hero Nitin is all set to shake a leg with his favourite actor. Here, the special person is none other than Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and the song happens to be 'Gannulante Kannulunna Junnulanti Pilla' from his action entertainer Gabbar Singh. It's well-known that Nitin is an ardent fan of Pawan. To show his admiration for Powerstar, he would appear in a portion of this song and will also dance with the iconic actor.
It may be recalled that Pawan graced the audio launch of Nitin's Ishq and the film turned out to be hit, putting an end to his flop streak. Notably, it was after watching Pawan's performance in Toli Prema, a thought of becoming an actor came to Nitin's mind. And the rest of story is known to one and all!
The censor formalities of Gabbar Singh will be completed by May 5 and the film is gearing up for a massive release on 11th of this month. Given the positive pre-release buzz, superhit audio and Pawan factor, earth-shattering collections are expected. So, wait for Gabbar Singh's magic till 11th!

Nithin @ Ran Away Just For 'Boothulu'

Just recently it was reported that director Maruthi who scored a big success with his debut venture ‘Ee Rojullo’ suffered a setback of sorts when he went and narrated a story to Nithin and it got rejected without a second thought.
While the talk was that Nithin is currently on a mode to establish his image after scoring a much needed hit with ‘Ishq’ and he is being extra careful, here is the inside talk. It is heard that Maruthi went and told a story but Nithin got zapped at the high rate of Boothulu in the subject.
It is heard that the new line was almost similar to the flavour of ‘Boothulu’ that ‘Ee Rojullo’ had and the formula was almost similar. And the young hero could not really digest the extent of this shady stuff. So, Nithin had no choice but to say no to it. Let us see what subject Maruthi will return with.

Nitin and Nithya Menon’s romantic entertainer ‘Ishq’ has completed its 50 day run today. This is no mean achievement in today’s trade environment and it is even more impressive as ‘Ishq’ is not a regular ‘mass film’. The movie has won a lot of acclaim for its cool love story, good performances and brilliant cinematography. The songs scored by Anoop Rubens proved to be extremely popular too.

‘Ishq’ has been directed by Vikram Kumar and Shreshta Movies banner has produced the film. This success has given Nitin’s career a much needed boost and he is overjoyed with the film’s success at the Box Office. In overseas market this year, after ‘Businessman’ it’s Nithin’s ‘Ishq’ that stood as the highest grosser. Ishq collected almost Rs 75 lakh gross in overseas market and thus stood in place-2. And the 3rd place has gone to ‘Love Failure’ so far that made around Rs 65 lakh gross.
So, the overseas market statistics show that only the story and direction plays vital role in the success of a film.

Nithin @ New Movie with Ee Rojullo Director!!

If the latest buzz in the industry is to be believed, Maruthi, the director who made Ee Rojullo, is all set to direct a film with Nithin in lead role. Buzz is that Bellamkonda Suresh is going to produce this film. Few days ago, Nithin had stated that he had signed two more films, out of which one film is going to be backed by a big producer. Sources say that Nithin has already given his nod for this film to be directed by Maruthi, post the success of Ee Rojullo. On the other hand, Bellamkonda Suresh doesn’t seem to be wasting any time in getting new talent onboard. In the past, he convinced both Nandini Reddy and Santosh Srinivas to direct their second films respectively on his banner and now Maruthi has joined the same league. An official announcement is expected to be made soon.

Massive demand @ for ISHQ remake rights!!

Nitin and Nithya Menon’s ‘Ishq’ is doing good business across all urban centers and the movie has given a much needed boost to the career of Nitin. The success of the movie has caught the attention of Hindi and Tamil producers and we are being told that there is a massive demand for the remake rights of the film. The producers of ‘Ishq’ are reportedly being offered good amounts for the remake rights and a decision can be expected soon.
Ishq’s contemporary and breezy love story certainly has a lot of appeal for all markets and that is the reason for this demand. Vikram Kumar directed this film and P.C.Sriram handled the cinematography.

Nithin 'ISHQ' @ Creating New Records in US!!

ISHQ created a new record which never happened for any Telugu movie in US. 2nd week collections were 125% more than first week collections.
Normally for any movie 2nd week collections will not be more than 30 to 40%. Even blockbusters also didn’t score more than 50% in 2nd week.
Due to its tremendous mouth talk it is going stronger and stronger and expected to run for few more weeks in US at the same phase!

Nithin ISHQ @ Super Collection in Nizam!!

Nitin’s romantic entertainer ‘Ishq’ has turned in a super performance in the Nizam area. For 10 days, the movie has turned in a share of about Rs. 2 Crore 20 Lakhs. This is a very good amount for Nitin. The movie would have had even better collections if not for the exam season. Nithya Menon and Nitin’s chemistry, coupled with some outstanding cinematography from P.C.Sriram, is helping the movie big time.
Sreshta Movies has produced the film and Vikram Kumar is the director. Anoop Rubens scored the music for this movie.

BoxOffice @ Nithin Gets Oxygen, Sunil Going Steady!!

The report has arrived from the collection centers and it appears that two movies are doing quite well. Firstly, the success run of ‘Poola Rangadu’ is continuing and it has been joined by ‘Ishq’. The film posters, the positive pre-release publicity, the different look of Nithin, Nithya Menen etc have worked.
‘Ishq’ has garnered good openings and strong positive talk. Nithin who was suffering a drought of hit has breathed relief and got oxygen with this. The film’s major credits must be attributed to the ace cinematographer P C Sriram and the different direction of Vikram Kumar who came up with ‘13B’ before.
‘Nippu’ which released last week is going very dull. ‘Love Failure’ is getting an average to above average collection graph. ‘Poola Rangadu’ is going stable with its collections.

Nitin @ Eating Siddharth's Money!!!

Until Ugadi festival, there are no big releases in Tollywood and the market is open for any filmmaker who wants to test his luck. Already, Nitin is out there eating the money while Sunil had his proper share and Siddharth at the losing end.
Sunil's 'Poolarangadu' became a flick for the masses and Nitin's 'Ishq' is a must one for the class audience. What falls in between is Siddharth's 'Love Failure'. Though the film looks class, it's portrayal of 'ego' and 'psychology of ladies' is not pulling family audiences. If there is no 'Ishq' then people would have opted to this movie, says a trade-expert. Though couples are enjoying Sid's film, there are no romantic moments and foot tapping numbers from this movie to bring them for second-time watch.
While 'Ishq' is a simple story, the adoring love sequence of the film is giving a 'kick' for life. Reports say that there is a steep drop in the collections of 'Love Failure', while 'Ishq' is going steadily and there is no need to say about 'Poola Rangadu' that is minting money. If there had been no Nitin's movie, then Siddharth might have emerged as a commercial winner too, and for now, Nitin is surely eating Siddharth's money!

T-MegaStar @ Doing Pawan Kalyan Festival!!

He is perhaps the only actor who has the record of scoring a dozen duds but still got the title of a megastar. He is none other than Nithin and after being tagged as the Telangana megastar, Nithin’s fortunes didn’t change. But now, a ray of hope has risen with his latest release ‘Ishq’ but here is the interesting bit.
It is heard that Nithin is busy chanting the name of Pawan Kalyan. Apparently, Pawan Kalyan came and blessed the audio function and Nithin feels that’s why the film worked. Incidentally, the talk is spreading that Pawan’s hand is not ordinary hand and many are planning to invite him for their audio releases as well.
However, the fact remains that only sentiment people are convinced that Pawan factor was responsible. So it is likely that Pawan would be flooded with such requests for gracing the events. But given his aloof nature and hard to approach image, let us see whether Pawan will agree or not to such things.

Siddarth @ Crying On Nithin!!

The cine folks often tag Siddarth as a man of amazing talent and good grip over any subject he works on. In a way, this has been proved with his performances and his recent debut as a producer with the film ‘Love Failure’. However, there is news that this talented man is currently whimpering over another colleague.
That colleague is Nithin. Well, it is not often that one gets to see two films releasing simultaneously and both scoring well with the audience these days. But to Sidz’s bad luck, Nithin’s film ‘Ishq’ which came with ‘Love Failure’ has also worked well at the box office and in some places better than Sidz’s project.
Apparently, Sidz is reportedly feeling that the film would have worked even better but ‘Ishq’ has caused a dent. On the other hand, there is news that Nithin has hiked his remuneration from Rs 80 lakhs to Rs 1 crore and people are ready to shell that amount and rope him for multiple projects. Sidz on the other hand is reportedly charging Rs 2 crores.
With this, few producers are thinking “Siddarth is not required. By spending 1 crore less we can work it out with Nithin.” This has become another reason for Sidz to cry a little more, as per sources.
