Is 'Gabbar Singh' @ Against Pawanism?

Never have we seen a Pawan Kalyan’s movie getting too much into aggressive promotion strategies and producer of the respective film involved in to study of marketing techniques. In fact, heard many times that Pawan never encourages over publicity of his movies because he strongly believes in acceptance of public to decide the fate of a film and never advocates advertisement. As said earlier, promotion is most important tool for film business but when it comes to facets of Pawanism, the past flicks of Pawan haven’t seen such ballyhoo as what we are witnessing today with ‘Gabbar Singh.’

Not leaving any of the Telugu regional channels, ‘GS’ is everywhere in one form or the other. It might be music director DSP or director Harish Shankar explaining the greatness of their project or a big bundle of trailers continuously played for five to six minutes. Of course, when market verdict for ‘GS’ is unanimously Super Duper Blockbuster, some are questioning why is Ganesh going against Pawanism? 

When few of the Power Star Fans are questioned on this, they answered, ‘publicity can be done to an extent where in people are to be informed on positives about the film but public should not be forcibly pulled to theatres. We hope, ‘GS’ is not doing the second.’

Harbhajan @ Marriage Confirmed with Geeta

The long time love birds Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra are to tie the knot very soon. As Mumbai Indians team leaded by Bhajji is out of IPL now, it has become almost official that the Indian Spinner and hot model are to get married in September this year to end their long time dating schedules. As per information from reliable cricketing sources, families of both have got into wedding arrangements. The pre-nuptial ceremony will be held at Geeta Basra hometown of Yorkshire in UK while marriage will be conducted in Jalandhar at Bhajji’s residence with guests and celebrities flowing from across the world. 

Although Geeta and Bhajji have denied the marriage rumors from years of time but she is making sure of accompanying Bhajji for all the matches. Beating away the rumors of a possible split up between the two in 2010, now theya re to settle down in life. Let us wish them, a very all the best.

Releasing Today @ Ravi Teja's Daruvu

It is Friday time and so it is the time to have a look at what is hitting the theatres to entertain us. Well, this week we have only one film which was in the pipeline since quite a while and after a series of postponements managed to dare other films and readying up for release.
We are talking about the film ‘Daruvu’. This has Ravi Teja in the lead along with Taapsee Pannu while Brahmanandam and Vennela Kishore have got two very important roles to play. The film is directed by Shouryam Siva while Burugupalli Siva Rama Krishna is the producer.
Slated to be a complete wholesome entertainer, the inside talk says the comedy quotient is very high. This is an important film for Ravi Teja given his recent string of flops and also for Taapsee who is yet to register on sizeable hit as a solo heroine. Let us wish the film works at the box office then.

Tollywood Offers @ For Deccan Chargers Owner Gayatri Reddy

There is a constant search for fresh faces and beautiful faces in the film industry and anyone with a popular background tends to have a larger preference. That is one reason why star kids tend to get that edge over the regulars. But right now, it is heard that one girl is being focused for an entry into films.
She is none other than Gayatri Reddy, the owner of the Deccan Chargers Team. Apparently, Gayatri was the focus of most of the cameras during the match and they took every opportunity to show her. Given her cute looks and a natural sensuousness, it is heard that one big producer in Tollywood has been smitten by her.
Buzz is that this producer is keen on approaching Gayatri to do a film. Given her status and the businesses she runs, Gayatri may not nod her head but the producer is quoting the example of Lakshmi Manchu and how she is emerging as a successful actress/producer. Mahesh Babu @ tricky workout at Gym!!

Prince Mahesh Babu who scored back to back hits with his recent ventures is currently busy with two projects. One is the multi-starrer 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu', the other would be directed by the psychological thinker Sukumar. And here is an interesting update about Suku's project.
Sources say Mahesh would be seen in a rather muscular physique in the film and for this, he has already imported one American trainer from US to have a special workout. It is heard that this trainer is an expert at building the physique without losing the facial flab.
As such, many who do regular pumping lose out on their cheeks and face shrinks a lot. But Mahesh has reportedly chosen this trainer because he is good at retaining the cheeks but giving a solid body. If all this is true then the prince is surely going to shock one and all with his new avatar.

Balayya @ to test his Luck in New Zone

The last few days has been seeing a lot of discussion happening and this was due to the speech given by Nandamuri Balakrishna in Tamil during the function of his movie 'Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathaara'. Balayya also stated that he is willing to take up straight Tamil projects if they are offered.
Now, the big question is, will Balayya click there? Apparently, his body language and his mass image has been quite native to the Telugu masses. Though his dialogue delivery is quite strong onscreen, Balayya has always been heckled for his speeches offscreen which are rather rumbling.
Moreover, the Tamil audience looks for earthy actors and not for those who are glamorous. Though the likes of Sathyaraj, Prabhu, Sarath Kumar are there, it will be interesting to see how Balayya can create his magic among the Tamil Thambis. He would be seen in the Tamil version of 'Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara'.

Mahesh Babu @ Enjoys working with Legend

Superstar Mahesh Babu announced that the first look of his multi-starrer film 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' with Victory Venkatesh will be released on May 31. This particular date has got a specific importance - It's Mahesh's father Superstar Krishna birthday. 
Speaking about his experience with Venky on the sets of SVSC, Mahesh stated that he thoroughly enjoyed working with a Legend like him. He is very confident about the success of the film and also opined that it will be another milestone in his career.
Sources close to the unit say, SVSC would be a trendsetter for multi-starrer films. Director Srikanth Addala ('Kotha Bangaru Lokam' fame) and Producer Dil Raju have worked on the script for several months to make this film an out and out family entertainer. The success of SVSC will pave way for few more such kind of exciting and star-studded flicks in Tollywood. Let's hope, Mahesh and Venky will deliver their best!

Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh starrer Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is among the most awaited films of the year. For the first time in several years, two of the biggest stars in Telugu are teaming up for a film and ever since it was announced, a flurry of new multi-starrers have been announced. It’s been three months since the shooting of Seethama Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu began and already Mahesh Babu seems to have found enough reasons to believe that it’s going to be a milestone in his career. “Svsc 1st look will b out on 31st:) will be Nother milestone in my career..:) A big Thankyou to my director Srikanth addala, my producer dilraju ,and of course venkatesh garu….Thoroughly enjoying the experience of working with a legend like him…,” Mahesh Babu posted on Twitter. Srikanth Addala is directing the film and Dil Raju is producing it. The film also stars Prakash Raj, Samantha and Anjali in lead roles. Mickey J Meyer has composed the music. Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is expected to hit the screens for Dusshera later this year.

Tamil Movies @ Massive Attack On Tollywood

First half of 2012 was distasteful for Tamil flicks that are getting dubbed in Telugu. While producers have brought some costly flicks at cheaper costs, these dubbed entertainers have failed to woo Telugu audiences.
Equations have changed in Tollywood this year for the Tamil movies that are aimed to give a tough fight to our biggies. Star treats like Snehitudu, Eka Veera and 3, failed at BO miserably without even collecting their investment for dubbing. But some Telugu producers who are eager to beat the original films and earn more bucks than the local cinema are buying Tamil films at higher costs now. The second half of this year is going to witness big budgeted movies of star heroes like Rajnikanth, Kamal Hasan, Surya, Karthi, Ajith and Vikram.  
List of movies that are ready to attack Tollywood Sincludes Viswaroopam, Kochaidayan, Maatran, Sakuni. Unlike last year, Tamil movies may not get enough theatres this year due to the overcrowding of Telugu super stars films. We have Mahesh, Ramcharan, NTR, Allu Arjun, Nagarjuna aiming the second half of 2012!

Awesome beauty Anushka has acted with many top heroes. Especially, when it comes to her compatibility with Nagarjuna, there is a lot of difference. Doesn’t know, whether it’s the work out of respective directors or a natural inclination between two but audience can always sense a special flavor of authenticity in their on-screen relation. It has been very long time; we have got a darshan of Yoga Beauty on Telugu screen. Of course, not the right context to discuss on reasons behind absconding of Anushka from T-town while the new bunch of ‘Damarukam’ photos released into market today are serving the thirst of many of her Fans. Director Srinivas Reddy appears to have well utilized their rapport. In particular, the delightful kiss from Nag to Anushka (as seen above) suggests of ‘Damarukam’ going to be high on romance quotient. However, film is made with a socio fantasy subject but who cares… Anushka and Nagarjuna together on screen will be much more captivating than all. Director Fixes @ Mahesh For Pawan's Script?

All the top directors of Tollywood generally dream about 'one thing' they have to do in their life time. That is nothing but directing Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. Not many get that chance, while others simply change their hero after getting vexed.
Ace director Sreenu Vaitla has publicly announced that he wants to do a movie with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and declared that the hero is not giving him a chance from long time. However, he is supposed to direct Pawan after this hero finishes his assignment with Puri Jagan. Sources revealed that Vaitla has now roped in Mahesh Babu for that script as Pawan showed less interest. Creative differences have developed between the star hero and star director which have ultimately become Mahesh's gain. 
Earlier such stuff used to happen between director Puri and Pawan, which have ultimately led way for Raviteja to become star. Sources confirmed that the script is not 'Dookudu-2', but it is another action-entertainer in the lines of 'Ready'.

Latest bandwagon of Tollywood heroes are known for acting in flick by flick till sometime back. Times have changed now, and our heroes are now literally defining the meaning of 24x7 with their 'double action' for parallel projects.
