Glamorous mothers grooming their daughters as next generation heroines is a general trend followed in films. When it comes to the case of yesteryear beauty queen Sreedevi and her daughter Jahnavi, this trend becomes much more specialized. There is a big talk on the debut of Jahnavi with any of the South Films owing it as their pleasure because Sreedevi roused to great heights of fame in B-town only after making it to top in South film industry.
Although nothing of a clearance is offered by Sreedevi on Jahnavi’s first entry but the way this doting mother is focusing on daughter’s career is seen all the way when she is focused to cameras at recent event of Lakme Fashion Week. The pretty daughter is easily stealing the limelight wearing attractive costumes revealing the needed. Some say, Sreedevi is trying extra mile to show herself still as younger as her daughter while Jahnavi is silently pulling the camera crowds.
Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi have been friends (!) in the film industry, but have turned foes due to their political ideologies. Recent verbal exchanges between the stars have put their relation at bay. Balakrishna crossed the line by furious verbal attack against Chiranjeevi and the latter maintained his cool.
Now there is a buzz being heard among the film circles that Balakrishna is going to throw more satires on Chiranjeevi in the film Adhinayakudu. This movie has political backdrop and Balakrishna plays the role of Chief Minister in it. There are many powerful scenes and dialogues written for this character it seems.
Balakrishna has taken indirect and direct digs at Chiranjeevi in this film and the director has created situations is what the grapevine say. If this turns into reality and Balakrishna targets Chiranjeevi through movie, then the rift between the stars will get even worse.
Sourav Ganguly, one of the most successful captains of Indian cricket team, is gearing up for a new innings in his professional life. After retiring from playing international cricket, he began working in TV shows like Dadagiri and another Bengali version of Kaun Banega Crorepati, besides making appearances as a commentator. Now, for the first time ever, he’s all set to act in a Bengali film. He has reportedly bought the remake rights of Sumanth, Swati starrer Golconda High School. Mohan Krishna Indraganti had directed the Telugu version and Ram Mohan had produced it. The film is based on a novel ‘The Men Within’ written by Hari Mohan. Apparently, Sourav Ganguly is going to reprise Sumanth’s role as a cricket coach who inspires a group of students to win a tournament in order to save the school’s cricket ground. After a successful career in cricket, it remains to be seen how he fares in films. Good luck Dada.
Young Tiger NTR’s mass action entertainer ‘Dhammu’ is riding high on positive reports from the industry and the movie is doing superb pre-release business. We have received information that the satellite rights of the film have been picked up by Zee Telugu for the bumper price of about 6.6 Crores. A couple of media houses were in the fray for the rights and Zee bagged them after some intense competition.
Boyapati Sreenu is the director of this movie which has NTR and Trisha in lead roles. Kartheeka will be seen as the second lead and the movie is being produced by Alexander Vallabha. Music has been composed by M.M.Keeravani.
Loosing of Prakashraj from ‘Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ is definitely a big misfortune for Dil Raju and team which have to partially recover the deficit by selecting some other noted artist. As said earlier, the hunt was either for naazar or for Bollywood versatile artist Anupam Kher. As per final reports arrived late night, it is none other than naazar decided to join the team getting ready to shoot for next schedule.

As the audio launch (March 11) of Mega Powerstar Ram Charan's upcoming film 'Racha' is nearing, a huge buzz is going on around about it. The guests list and the person who would be unveiling the audio on that glittering night is the talk of the town at the moment.
If sources are to be believed, Charan's soon-to-be-wife Upasana would be unveiling the audio of Racha. After her successful stint with RCT Hyderabad Polo Club owned by Cherry, the young actor feels that Upsi is his lucky mascot and he wants to make her part of his every assignment. As Upasana is busy with her philanthropic work, Charan shifted the venue from Nellore to Hyderabad, just to make sure that she is present for the event.

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan have become a laughing stock of Bollywood. His Bollywood debut film ('Zanjeer' remake) has given rise to huge discussion all over.
The very thought of a barely four films old actor reprising the role of Amitabh Bachchan in the iconic film 'Zanjeer' is indigestible for the B-town folks. Adding to that, the tall claims made by the film's director Apoorva Lakhia that Charan is the next angry young man of Hindi cinema and no other Bollywood hero could fit the role of protagonist in 'Zanjeer ' remake to a 'T' except Charan, is keeping them in splits.
"Charan risked his Bollywood career by choosing an iconic film like 'Zanjeer' for his debut, instead of going for a innovative subject. People draw comparison between both the films, especially between Cherry and Amitabh. Its not gonna be easy for him to match a legend like Amitabh. Altogether, a very risky decision," said a noted Bollywood filmmaker.

Ajith, Nayantara and Arya starring untitled movie to be directed by Vishnuvardhan, is touted to be a remake of Bollywood blockbuster Race.
It was earlier reported that, Arya and Nayantara to share screen space with Ajith in his post film after Billa 2. Now Kollywood buzzes that this multi-starrer movie is the remake of Bollywood blockbuster film Race, which sees the comeback of Akshay Khanna into films.
Race is the movie on sibling rivalry pictured on Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Khanna in the leads. This yet-to-be-titled movie will see Nayan’s comeback into Kollywood and music will be by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
The most awaited movie Billa 2 casts Ajith, Parvathy Omanakuttan and Bruna Abdullah in the leads directed by Chakri Toleti is gearing up to launch its audio through Sony Music.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is getting ready with the five tracks album for the Ajith starring Billa 2. Sony Music has grabbed the audio rights for an unrevealed whooping cost after many negotiations. Billa 2 has almost wrapped up its shooting part and post-production work is said to be starting soon.
The prequel of Vishnuvardhan’s Billa is Billa 2 that has Prabhu, Rahman, Sriman and Vidyut Jamwal in the prominent roles and camera is cranked by RD Rajasekhar. Billa 2 has huge expectations surrounding the movie that will hit the screens by the end of April.
Yesteryear’s actress Shriya has filed a complaint in Nadigar Sangam on Malayalam film producer Tomichan Mulakupadam, seeking a ban on releasing the dubbed version of Pokkiri Raja in other language.
Shriya Saran has not signed any movie in Kollywood after Jeeva’s Rowthiram and her special number in Rajapattai with Vikram, but still managing to stay back in Chennai instead of her home town. This hot actress says, “I’ve signed the producer with a condition that, Pokkiri Raja should not be dubbed to any other language.”
“But Thomas has violated the rule, so I filed a complaint in Nadigar Sangam and will be proceeding legally seeking ban on releasing the dubbed version,” says Shivaji actress. Pokkiri Raja casts Mammootty, Prithviraj and Shriya in the lead that has music by Jassie gift and cinematography by Shaji.
Hero Ram will be doing his next film under the direction of Bhaskar of Bommarillu fame. This film will be produced by BVSN Prasad. Ram confirmed that he has agreed to do this project after his current film Endukante Premanta.
One of the busy heroines is going to be paired up with Ram in this movie. Bhaskar is back to work after a hiatus. He has been out of action after his film Orange bombed at the box office. He prepared a subject that caters to the youth and families which was instantly liked by Ram.
Ram is currently busy with the work of Endukante Premanta at the moment. He has been dubbing for the film in Telugu and Tamil. The Tamil version of this movie is titled Yen Endraal Kadhal Enbein.

Currently manchu manoj is directing the action part of film. Yes, he is handling the megaphone for an action episode involving Balayya and Sonu Sood. It is also known that, Manoj is a bit nervous to direct Balakrishna but is hoping to pull it off in style. Earlier to this flick, we have seen Manchu directing action episodes in many of his films like ‘Bindaas, Jhummandi Naadam and Mr. Nookayya.’
Samantha has turned into a weapons supplier! Don’t be shocked. We are just talking about her role in ace director S.S.Rajamouli’s graphical magnum opus ‘Eega’. The movie will have Samantha in the role of a miniature artist and she will be seen as the person who supplies the miniature needle for the killer Eega in the story. With the help of that miniature needle, the Eega will hunt down its enemies.

Several gossips have been making rounds for the past few days about the heroine of Power Star Pawan Kalyan's new movie, 'cameraman gangatho rambabu'. Kajal was earlier, considered the female lead of the movie. However, she is facing dates problem to act in this movie. Later, some of the media sources spread a gossip that Aishwarya Roy would be the heroine of the movie. This gossip was also proved to be wrong.
As per the latest grapevine, the makers are reportedly negotiating with Anushka to be roped in as the heroine of their project. We have to wait and see whether these discussions will work out or not. After the exit of Prakash Raj from Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Dil Raju has been in search of finding an apt replacement for the versatile actor. After considering various names such as Nazar, Mukesh Rushi, Chandra Mohan, Sathya Raj etc Dil Raju finally decided to cast Bollywood senior actor Anupam Kher.
Talks have been on and Anupam Kher doing the father role in SVSC is almost confirmed in that role. However, the actor said that nothing has been finalized yet. But buzz from Tollywood circles say he would be essaying the father role in SVSC. With Anupam's inclusion, there is another change done to the star cast of this film.
Jayasudha who was supposed to do the mother's character will now be replaced by Jayaprada. Exact reason for Jayasudha's replacement is not known. Jayaprada and Anupam Kher recently starred in a Malayalam film Pranayam and that might have something to do with this sudden and unexpected change.
Junior NTR has a bad habit of bringing his dynasty's name and mouthing unnecessary dialogs about his blood and grandfather. Although that is liked by Nandamuri fans, others didn't like to hear all that 'stuff' again and again. Now Ram Charan too joins NTR's league as he started to praise his Megastar father in every possible way to lure mega fans.
If you listen to the songs from Racha, there are many lyrics that were written about Chiranjeevi. "Jeevitham maa Nannichadu...Gelavadam tanu naake nerpadu" lyrics are from the title song of Racha. There is another song in which the female singer sings "Konidela vaari Koduka neekapude inthati Duduka".Apart from these there are lyrics were written after the names of the lead pair Cherry and Tamanna!
Not just the lyrics but also the tunes have striking resemblance to Jr. NTR's songs. Is this done deliberately or a title like Racha demanded such mass appeal in the songs? Whatever the reason be, Racha songs will definitely remind mega fans of Jr. NTR. Positive thing out of it is, NTR made a career out of such lyrics and songs. So this should help Charan to strengthen his mass fan base.
