Mahesh Babu @ Mind Blowing Craze

Mahesh @ SVSC Satellite Rights Fetches 8.5 Cr

Victory Venkatesh and Superstar Mahesh Babu's upcoming multi starrer movie 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu'  is making news even before it release. Well the latest buzz says, satellite rights of this movie has been sold out to a popular TV channel for a whopping amount of 8.5 Cr. Producer Dil Raju must have already estimated this, as the movie has got stars like Venkatesh, Mahesh Babu and Samantha. Srikantha Addala is directing this family entertainer and Mickey.J.Meyer is composing the music. 'SVSC' is being produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Recently released teaser trailer of this movie gathered tremendous response and increased hype on the movie.

Big difference @ between Tollywood & Bollywood

Bollywood always have an edge over their South counterparts, when it comes to pre-release business, reach and range of the films.
For example, Bollywood star Akshay Kumar's recent film 'Rowdy Rathore' was made on a moderate budget of Rs. 45 crore. The Satellite rights of the film were sold for a massive Rs. 37 crore, Video rights for Rs. 7 crore and Music rights for Rs. 3 crore respectively. These figures clearly show that the film entered into profit zone without even selling its theatrical rights.
Coming to Tollywood, a Top Hero's film will be made on a budget of nearly Rs. 35-40 crores. While the Satellite rights fetch anywhere between Rs. 5-7 crore, the Music rights will be sold for Rs. 1-2 crore. These figures clearly show that nearly 80% of the production cost should be recovered through Satellite Rights and post release business in Tollywood.
Despite Mahesh Babu being the No.1 hero in Tollywood, the satellite rights of 'SVSC' were sold out for Rs 7 crore, which is also the highest amount paid for a Telugu film till date. On the other, Akshay Kumar is not a No.1 in Bollywood, but his films were making moolah. It's not Akshay's films alone, but all Top Heroes films in Bollywood fetch Rs. 30 to 40 crore through Satellite rights. The price of Satellite rights make a big difference in Tollywood & Bollywood. But still, Tollywood (3 films [Magadheera, Dookudu, Gabbar Singh] in Rs. 100 crore club(gross)) is giving a tough fight to Bollywood.

Babais @ are better than Abbais...

The Babai-Abbai story is quite prominent in the Telugu film industry and it must be said that there are many times when comparisons happen between both. The notable Babai-Abbai duo is Balakrishna- Jr NTR, Pawan Kalyan- Ram Charan, Venkatesh- Daggubati Rana.
Now, in all cases, the talk is that the Babais are better than Abbais. This is in terms of the box office performances, fan following and the type of films chosen. Taking the recent times, Balayya's 'Simha' was way ahead of Junior's 'Dammu'. Pawan's 'Gabbar Singh' was much better than Charan's 'Racha'.
Venky's 'Bodyguard' was decent than Rana's 'Naa Ishtam'. Of course, it must be said that the times of the Babais except Pawan Kalyan is almost coming to an end and it is the time for the Abbais to continue the legacy forward. But can they take it up responsibly and show some strength??

Mahesh Babu @ Enjoys working with Legend

Superstar Mahesh Babu announced that the first look of his multi-starrer film 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' with Victory Venkatesh will be released on May 31. This particular date has got a specific importance - It's Mahesh's father Superstar Krishna birthday.

Mahesh Babu's @ Alarm Signal To Dil Raju

Mahesh Babu is in hurry. He is particular about seeing two to three films of him in a year. But so far only Businessman could happen and now Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is on floors. As the project is very big, it is taking more time than stipulated. Hence he kept a dead line for Dil Raju stating that he has to complete the shoot by August and release by Sep 29th. He also warned stating that he is not going to accommodate dates for SVSC after that as he wants to make himself busy with Sukumar’s film. So, if Dil Raju fails to use the dates given by Mahesh Babu at present, he may have to wait till year end of 2013 to release SVSC.
It is really a big task to handle the project that has two big heroes. On the other hand there is Prakash Raj in the film who is also problem with respect to allotting bulk dates.
Let us wish director Srikanth Addala copes with all this.

Mahesh-Venky’s @ SVSC huge set erected at RFC

Venkatesh is starring as Prince’s brother, while Prakash Raj and Jayasudha will be seen as their parents.

Venky-Rana-Chaitu @ in One Movie !?

The culture of multi-starrers has begun and thanks to the film 'Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' even the big league heroes are willing to put their egos aside and team up for an interesting project. Now, it is heard that three heroes of the same family are coming together for a new flick.
We are talking about the trio of victory Venkatesh, towering hunk Daggubati Rana and Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya. The man to come up with this concept is none other than the movie mogul Ramanaidu. It is heard that Ramanaidu has been inviting scripts and storylines which suit the images of the trio.
Once the story is locked, the film would be hitting the floors. Currently, many scriptwriters and directors have been informed about this idea and whoever gets the right kind of subject, they will get to be part of this historical project. Let us see how soon this happens.

Mahesh Babu @ Is An 'Irresponsible' Brother

Back to back successes of this new-age superstar are prompting him to take many more challenges in the tinsel town. Now, he is an irresponsible brother. Check out the story.
Superstar Mahesh is playing the role of an 'irresponsible' brother in his upcoming movie. It happens to be Srikanth Addala's 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalley Chettu'. Someone from a family should take responsibility rather waiting for elders to give directions. Else if everyone wanders negligent then the whole family will suffer one day. This happens to be the story line of Mahesh-Venkatesh's upcoming movie SVSC.
Till date, Mahesh is seen as a responsible person in most of his movies, including 'Dookudu' and 'Businessman'. But, how fare this 'awara' role will be accepted by audiences is something to be seen. Insiders revealed that the director is taking more time than allotted to etch his movie as a beautiful family entertainer. Wait for it.

Venkatesh @ Is A Lucky Charm For Mahesh & Pawan

Victory Venkatesh is one  actor whom every one in Telugu film industry respects. He is known for his down to earth and friendly nature. Now, we have found an interesting fact about the actor, it may be a coincidence but  he is considered as lucky charm. Venkatesh went to the sets of 'Dookudu' and he wished the entire team good luck. Now, Venkatesh met Power Star Pawan Kalyan on the sets of 'Gabbar Singh' and both of them had a conversation for some time. Every one knew that 'Dookudu' was a smashing hit at box office and 'Gabbar Singh' has already started creating new records. After seeing both this incidents, we can easily say that Venkatesh has become a lucky charm to both Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan. What do you say folks ???

Mahesh-Venky @ With Fans SVSC Set!!

Mahesh's @ domination upsets Venky fans

From the very beginning of the multi-starrer project 'Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu', the fans of victory Venkatesh are miffed with the fact that superstar Mahesh Babu is stealing all the lime light. Some times the fans of Venkatesh get a doubt, 'Is their hero playing a character actor role in Mahesh's film?' "The makers of SVSC aren't giving due respect to our hero, who is much senior to Mahesh Babu in the Industry. All they need is money," says a die-hard Venky fan.

Although Venky fans were upset with the decision, the trade analysts say it's a right move by the producer to cash in on the popularity of Mahesh Babu.
