The hot and talented Samantha says that she is not free. She is talking about time. The actress is so busy these days that she can’t even make time for friends. Her 2012 diary is already full and she has a number of films lined up in multiple languages.

Samantha says that she used to enjoy going around with friends during her college days. “There is not much time these days to have some fun with friends. I will be lucky if I can spend Christmas and New Year with family this year and I am desperately trying to” , said Samantha.
Inspite of all this, the actress says that she feels privileged to find herself in so much demand and she is grateful for that.

Pawan Kalyan @ Get Out From Wrong Track!!!

I’m a hard core fan of Pawan Kalyan and I feel proud to introduce myself with that tag. I write this here, as a fan mail, to communicate my thoughts to my favorite star.


Pawan! You have been the powerhouse of power since Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi. While the films like Khushi and Badri took you close to the hearts of youngsters, the films like Thammudu and Jalsa have shown you with more power taking you close to mass audience. You have countless fans in the state and no one knows why even the fans of other heroes love you and keep you in their hearts. That’s your charisma.


I watched Panjaa and here are some things I wanted to convey:
First, keep away from experimental mode. You have tendency to make films like Johnny with your heart but that wouldn’t work with your fans as they expect something very different. You announced Satyagrahi sometime ago and better not to work on that. We don’t want to see you as art film hero. There are people like Kamal Hasans for that. Even Mahesh Babu attempted such things after Okkadu became a hit assuming himself as Kamal Hasan. The results were Nani and Nijam. He realized his mistake and came back to pavilion. He understood that God made him as a star entertainer but not a performing actor. Same applies to you.

Second, keep away from the illusion of Tamil directors. You attempted Komaram Puli with SJ Suryah and Panjaa with Vishnu Vardhan. Their sensibilities don’t match Telugu audience. They have no idea on comedy and timing that can be in tune with Telugu nativity.
Third, work on combinations. Focus on working with mass entertaining directors like Sreenu Vaitla, Rajamouli or Vinayak.
Fourth, please keep in mind that we want to see an entertainer in you but not an experimenting scientist
Fifth, keep away from acting with unknown heroines those lack any oomph factor and native charms.
I only wish Power Star should entertain the youth, families and fans with his entertaining power!!

Dil Raju's sleepless nights due to Anushka!!

There was a time when the cine folks used to say how producer Dil Raju used to give sleepless nights to the entire team. He is a known workaholic and ensures that his team also sweats it out to get the best product. However, it appears that Dil Raju seems to be on the receiving end now.

Buzz is that he is having few sleepless nights and the reason for that is Anushka. Apparently, the awesome beauty has reportedly expressed doubts over joining Dil Raju's 'Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu'. Sources say Anushka has got five Tamil projects and this is leading to a date clash.
As such, the role is of 'Vadina' to Mahesh Babu and with great difficulty, they got Anushka onboard. However, with the latest update, it is heard that Dil Raju has been going out of his way to convince Anushka and is hoping that everything gets sorted out. We hope the same too.

Rana's GF arrested by Russian Police!!

It has been quite a while since the buzz has been on about the alleged 'friendship' between Daggubati Rana and Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu. Whether that is true or not, Bipasha Basu has been making headlines every other day for one reason or the other.

Now, it is heard that she got arrested by the Russian police. Well, it is heard that Bips was shooting for the film 'Players' in Russia. After packup for the day, sources say Bips and her co-star Sikander Kher went for a walk and got into an area which had boards written in Russian. Apparently, that was meant to be a no entry for public due to security reasons.
Bips didn't know the language and in no time, the cops arrested her. However, it is heard that one among the Russian cops recognised Bips and is her big fan. He along with his officials apologised, took her autograph, was excited to see her and both Bips and Kher were sent. The hot babe was reportedly having a laugh over the incident after it happened.

Pawan Kalyan New film titled Yedukondalu-Chitra?

If rumors are to be believed, Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s new film is titled Yedukondalu-Chitra. Popular choreographer Raju Sundaram is making his debut as director with this film in Tollywood. Roma Asrani of Chalaki fame is the heroine of the film. Naga Babu plays the role of heroine’s father in this love story which is based on the village backdrop and eventually goes to abroad.

BVSN Prasad is going to produce the movie under his banner Sri Venakteswara Cine Chitra. The story sittings of the film are already completed and Pawan has given his green signal for it, says the buzz.
Currently, Pawan is busy shooting for his next release Gabbar Singh. The shooting of the film is presently progressing at brisk pace in Pollachi. His latest release Panjaa is getting mixed response from the audience.

The Dirty Picture to collect Rs.100 Crores

Vidya Balan’s The Dirty Picture which was released in Telugu and Tamil along with original Hindi version has proved to be a big hit at the box office. It has collected close to Rs. 65 crore nett in just ten days, that too only in India.

The Dirty Picture collected 11 crore nett in its second weekend at Indian box office. This proves that the film hasn’t lost the steam and is likely to rake in few more crores before the business comes to an end.
As per early estimates The Dirty Picture is likely to join the 100 crore club and if it does, it would be a phenomenal feat for a film which has no big star to boast of. With the inspiration of TDP, many more Dirty Pictures are in pipeline, says the buzz.

Tabu's Friends Trying Hard For That!!

The elusive beauty Tabu who has been off the hook since quite a while was spotted recently when the Hollywood hotshot Tom Cruise visited India. As expected, her presence brought up the topic of Tabu’s marriage and when she would ‘settle’ in life.

Now, it is heard that her friends have been working seriously on that. Notable among them is a close photographer friend of Tabu who is reportedly going all out to find her the right kind of man and get her married by 2012. However, here is an interesting twist.
It is heard that when Tabu was asked if there is a man in her life, the pretty lady has gone silent sending a strong feeler that something is cooking. Only time will tell what is the reason behind that silence.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Panjaa still continues its magic on 4th day (i.e) Monday by collecting 5.9 crores.According to Trade pundits there is drop of 25-30% in collections compared to sunday , its a excepted drop for any Hit film since Monday is a working day and Panjaa managed to gross about 5.9 crores on Monday is a very positive sign and encouraging for the film . If this trend continues for few more days Panjaa will be Declared as Sensational Hit.....

Only Mahesh Business For Sankranthi

Till sometime back, it was being mentioned that the Sankranthi 2012 festival is going to be a major traffic jam for Tollywood. A long list of movies was slated for release and all of them are big ticket flicks. However, a new update has arrived and this seems to be clearing some congestion.

Buzz is that Mahesh Babu’s ‘Businessman’ seems to be the only contender in Sankranthi race. Apparently, the talk in filmnagar is Balayya’s ‘Adhinayakudu’ and Ravi Teja’s ‘Nippu’ is getting postponed for January 26th. The other possibility is that Sunil’s ‘Poolarangadu’ may go to January 18th but not confirmed.
There is also a talk that Venky’s ‘Bodyguard’ is planning for a release on January19th, for now it is 12th. If all this is true then only ‘Businessman’ will be the sole runner and it will make good profits but cine folks say that even if ‘Bodyguard’ comes then also scores will come for Mahesh only because many have already seen ‘Bodyguard’ in Hindi. Let us see what happens.

Reasons for Pawan Kalyan flop spree!!

Pawan Kalyan's Panjaa has been receiving mostly negative reviews and the collections in B and C centers on the second day have shown a notable dip. So it will be tough for this film to pull off a success from here. Few fans firmly believe that this film could withstand all the negative talk and hold its ground in the coming days.

However, chances are very bleak for Panjaa to evade the entire negative buzz surrounding it. Pawan Kalyan's stubborn ways of sticking with Tamil directors has been showing adverse affects on his career graph and with Panjaa's failure his star power is going to take severe beating.
One of the reasons for Pawan Kalyan's failures in the recent past is the choice of heroines. Except Jalsa, none of his recent movies had a crazy heroine in the lead. Even Trisha was considered outdated while she was roped in for Teen Maar. Puli heroine Nikesha and Panjaa heroines are pretty bad choice for a star of Pawan's caliber. Heroine's role in a film's success is minimal most of the times, but a lovable face could add to the film's fortunes. Pawan Kalyan and his producers should give a serious thought to this.

Balayya makes way for Mahesh Babu

Just when many were expecting a clash at the box office between the big heroes Nandamuri Balakrishna and Mahesh Babu, a change seems to have occurred. Ideally, this was to happen during the Sankranthi 2012 festival as Balayya was to arrive with 'Adhinayakudu' and Mahesh with 'Businessman'.

However, the latest update is that 'Adhinayakudu' is likely to get postponed and it would be hitting the screens during the last week of January 2012. The reasons for the postponement are not revealed yet. However, some say that nothing has been decided officially so far.
The cine folks say "It is not about competition. It is about profit sharing and business. If two big heroes come up with their films at the same time, both will end up with losses. It is better that they give space to each other. That would be a win-win situation for all." Let us see how the Nandamuri fans react to this.

A big relief for Pawan Kalyan

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's latest outing Panjaa has set the cash registers ringing at the Box Office, despite the initial negative talk. As per the trade reports, the opening weakend collections has been phenomenal.
However, the makers of Panjaa were reluctant to reveal the revenue Panjaa has generated.
"We have seen in the recent past that the statements about the collections have created controversies. We don't want to create any rifts. Powerstar is against such things. Everyone knows the stamina of Pawan Kalyan and the buyers will recover the costs very soon. We are very happy about the National Media appreciation," said the makers of Panjaa.

Acclaimed directors Rajamouli and Krish who attended the screening of Panjaa recently,
were raving about Pawan Kalyan, Vishuvardhan's stylish taking and production values.
"Panjaa is a must watch. It is a Pawan Kalyan film all the way - his elegance, dialogue delivery and action sequences are a treat to watch," IBN Review.
"Telugu film Panjaa packs a solid punch in its opening weekend in the US," said Taran Adarsh, Bollywood trade analyst.
After the initial negative talk, compliments were pouring in from everwhere for making a cult classic. Lookslike, the words of Makers (Panjaa is a slow poison) are coming true. Let's hope for the best in coming days!!!
