Industry is abuzz earlier that talented heroine Priyamani got a helping hand from producer Allu Arvind. This is regarding producing a trilingual flick with our bikini-beauty in the lead. Titled 'Charulatha', the film is a free-make of Thai movie 'Alone' that revolves around the story of two twins. Reports have now confirmed that this flick will be produced only in Tamil and Kannada as the Telugu producer opted out.
So, for now Priyamani is getting no help from our producer giant. Currently this saucy seductress is doing a couple of movies in Bollywood and one each in Tamil and Kannada. We have to see if someone ropes her in for any Telugu flick or not in the coming days.

On the other hand, she is also doing a trilingual titled 'Charulatha', of which the Telugu version is produced by none other than Allu Aravind.
Priyamani has signed a bilingual horror film titled Charulatha. The film is being simultaneously shot in Kannada and Tamil and it’ll also be dubbed in Telugu and Malayalam. Pon Kumaran, former assistant of K Bhagyaraj and K S Ravikumar, is directing the film. The shooting has already begun and buzz is that Priyamani is going to play a dual role. Charulatha is the official remake of a Thai horror film named Alone which was a huge hit. Malayalam actor Skanda is playing the lead role in this film, although most part of the film revolves around Priyamani. Apart from this, she’s also doing a big budget Kannada film titled Lakshmi.
Ever since the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) second edition has come to an end, one name has been making strong rounds among the circuit of heroines. Well, he is Akkineni Akhil. Even, the much-talked about film 'Kshetram' ended up as the biggest dud in her career, for its poor content and un-impressive narration. Priyamani, however, blames the director for the dismal performance of the film.
"Usually, what you envisioned after listening to a script mayn't match with the end outcome, and Kshetram is no exception. I can ask for the change of scene or a dialogue, while we are shooting. But once the shooting is wrapped up, nothing would be in my control. The director and producer will decide the end product by sitting in the editing room," said Priyamani.
The critics say, Priyamani's selection of roles and excessive skin show are the two main reasons for her present position. Time has come for Priyamani to go for a complete makeover. Better late than never!
