Young tiger NTR's 'Dammu's shoot is in its finishing stages now. Boyapati Seenu is making this movie as out and out mass masala entertainer. Trisha and Karthika are pairing up with Jr.NTR in this movie. The makers are planning to release this movie on 5th April in record number of centers world wide.

Meanwhile, Mega Power Star Ram Charan's 'Rachcha' was earlier supposed to release in the last week of March is now expected to be postponed to at least two months than the scheduled release date. As per the internal sources, two major scenes of the movie are being re-shot by the director and so is the cause for the delay of the movie's release. On the other hand, Jr.NTR's fans are gossiping that Ram Charan was threatened by NTR's 'Dammu' and so to avoid competition with NTR, he made the movie to be postponed.

Raviteja's @ Thigh Thumping on Balayya!

Right now, we are watching the thigh thumping acts of Balakrishna on Chiranjeevi. However, there is one man, who is thumping his thighs on Balakrishna and he is none other than Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja. His forthcoming movie, 'Nippu' will be releasing on 17th February. Balakrishna's 'Adhinayakudu' falls under the same release date.

As per the sentiment, whenever Balakrishna and Ravi Teja go on face to face competition, Ravi Teja dominates the show, as he proved this fact with resounding hits. His 'Krishna' movie gave a big shock to Balakrishna's 'Okka Magadu' in Pongal, 2008. For Pongal, 2011, Balakrishna's 'Paramaveerachakra' and Ravi Teja's 'Mirapakai' competed each other. Unfortunately, 'Paramaveerachakra' settled as the best flop of the year while Ravi Teja's 'Mirapakai' had a decent run at the box office. As per the latest reports, it is known that Balakrishna's fans are worrying about the unexpected threat from Ravi Teja.

Currently, a big confusion on the release date of 'rachcha' is being surrounded on the film unit. Despite their confusion, the makers are now planning to release the movie's trailer. The editing of the trailer has reportedly completed and as per the sources, the highlights of the trailer are as follows.

• The time span of the trailer is about 45 seconds.
• A fight sequence is shown.
• A dialogue on 'Varasatvam' will be shown.
• Mukhesh Rishi and villain will also be seen in the trailer.

Nayanthara @ Agrees to romance Nagarjuna!!

Nayanthara, who decided to quit films and settle down in life marrying Prabhu Deva, suddenly changed her decision. She agreed to play the heroine role in Nagarjuna’s movie that is to be directed by Dasarath. This film is being produced by Kamakshi Movies.

Producer Chandan Reddy confirmed that Nayan has signed on the dotted line for this film. This is a family entertainer in the lines of Santosham. Dasarath made debut as director with Santosham movie. It will take some time for this film to hit the floors.

Nagarjuna is currently gearing up for Shirdi Sai Baba movie. Dasarath’s film will start rolling only after Nagarjuna wraps up Shiridi Sai. Nayanthara was paired up with Nagarjuna in Boss earlier

Rajendra Prasad has turned extremely busy as an actor in the recent past. He was recently seen playing the main lead in movie Ayyare. Currently he is doing vital roles in the films Nippu, Allu Arjun – Trivikram movie, Lovely and Dream.

In Allu Arjun’s film, Rajendra Prasad plays a key role. He is donning a funny cop role in it. Trivikram is known for witty one liners and Rajendra Prasad is known for delivering witty dialogs better than any other Telugu actor. So it would be a combination to watch out for.

Viveka @ shines with Nanban!!

Lyricist Viveka is basking in the glory of En Friends Pola song in Nanban. The song has received wider acclaims for Viveka.

Addressing press persons, Viveka says, ' I started my career with Nee Varuvai Ena (Poonguyil Paatu) and followed it up with several films. My songs in Kandasamy made me more popular and today my hands are busy'.

Adding jewel to the crow in En Frienda Pola song in Nanban. Says Viveka, ' all credit to Shankar and Harris Jeyaraj. Both brought the best out of me. The song has become a huge hit among youngsters. Even my old friends called me and appreciated for the lyrics'.

Viveka is currently working in over 50 films that includes Surya's Mattran and Hari's film, Karthi's Saguni among others.

Jai who is shinning well with good projects so far, will have a big breakthrough soon.

His last release Engeyum Eppothum has impressed director Gautham Vasudev Menon for which he has been signed to do a film under his production house Photon Kathas.

The film will be directed by Prabhudeva's assitant. But this doesn't stop with that, sources say that Gautham Menon has also signed him for his own project which is said to be a action entertainer.

Nandhana is upbeat!!

Malluwood girl Nandhana is upbeat for her next Sooriya Nagaram is all set for release soon.

The movie is directed by Sellamuthu and features Moscowin Kaveri fame Rahul and Nandhana in the lead roles. It is about a real-life incident, says the director.

On her part, Nandhana says, 'though I am busy with Malayalam films, it is always a privilege to work in Tamil cinema. When I heard the story of Sooriya Nagaram set in Madurai where I have more scope to perform, I readily agreed to do it'.

Dhanush's 3 @ Postponed to April!!

It is going to be a sad news for the Kolaveri fans of Dhanush.

'3' the upcoming movie directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth with Dhanush and Shruti Hassan in the lead roles. Already the songs by Anirudh are a wide hit with 'Why this kolaveri di' making it more hot.

Sources say that the Tamil Film Producers Council who earlier took a decision to release Leading actor movies only on Festive seasons has asked the '3' team to postpone the film's release.

Earlier it was Feb 3 that the movie is scheduled to release but now things have changed adds sources. So most probably the Dhanush's 3 will be released on Tamil New year's eve that is on April 13.

Even Karthi's Saguni will face the same consequences it seems.

Kamal Hassan @ Viswaroopam climax at New Delhi!!

Kamal Hassan's much expected movie is Viswaroopam. The film was shot in the beautiful localities of UK and US so far. But now Kamal Hassan's returned back to hometown.

The Buzz is that Kamal Hassan will be moving to New Delhi soon where the Climax portions of Viswaroopam will be canned.

Before that the crew has moved there and made all arrangements for the shooting to take place adds sources.

Naseer joins @ Superstar's Kochadaiyaan!!

It's getting bigger each day with hot happening star's joining the Kochadaiyaan's cast and crew.

Lately it was Sarathkumar who was signed for the project to do a prominent role.

But now Veteran actor Naseer has been roped into the project. Superstar Rajinikanth who is seen active and energetic attending various functions shows that he is ready to rock and roll with Kochadaiyaan.

All official announcements with press meet is expected in a very short period of time. So far the cast list includes Rajinikanth, Katrina Kaif, Sarathkumar, Prithviraj, Naseer, Aadhi with music composed by AR Rahman.

Top Heroine's @ Growing fondness for Allu Arjun!!

Hip beauty Ileana is having a great time shooting for Trivikram's film. And the one who made it a memorable experience for the actress is none other than the stylish star Allu Arjun.

According to the sources, Ileana was nervous on the day when the director planned a few romantic scenes with Allu Arjun. Notably, it is also their first day of shoot together. Noticing Ileana discomfort, the actor had a friendly chat and made her feel extremely comfortable. Ileana was so impressed by his demeanor and jovial nature with all the unit members. And not to forget her showering praises on Bunny's dancing abilities, dedication and passion for films.

Apparently, there were times when Allu Arjun got miffed with the attitude of Ileana. When Trivikram approached Ileana to rope her for the film, she demanded hefty pay cheque (Rs 1.25 crores), a BMW to travel and additional expenses of 25-30 lakhs. Knowing this, Allu Arjun insisted Trivikram to drop Ileana and asked him to consider Samantha for the project. These developments has forced Ileana to slash her remuneration to bag the project.

Ileana who was not on good terms with Allu Arjun before the start of the shoot, now claims to be his buddy. Just like in Politics - In Film Industry too, friends can be turned instantly into enemies or vice versa. Anything can happen at anytime!

Many movie critics feel Gopichand should do negative roles or characters with negative shades as tollywood doesn't have many villians of repute and Gopi's physique,thunderous voice and mean look in his eyes can spew venom on screen. One should not forget he won Nandi award for best villain for his character in 'Jayam' and he thrilled everyone with his roles in 'Nijam' and 'Varsham'. Gopichand,if he really think so can stun one and all in negative roles taking on bollywood villians who are having free ride in tollywood.

He can draw inspiration from tollywood top icons like collection king Mohan Babu and Srihari who left telling mark with their dialogue delivery and performances in roles of negative roles. Hope Gopichand think in this direction rather than dabbling with loverboy or hilarious heroic entertainers.

Puri-RaviTeja @ drop 'Idiot 2' and take DCM

Till sometime back there was a strong buzz about crazy director Puri Jagannadh teaming up with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and planning for the sequel to their super hit movie 'Idiot'. However, the latest update is that the film has been dropped. But before fans are disappointed, here is another twist.

It is heard that Puri has written another script for Ravi Teja and the film is being titled as 'Devudu Chesina Manushulu'. If one can recall, a film with the same title came in the year 1973 and it had the legendary NT Rama Rao in the lead while superstar Krishna was taking his baby steps as a hero.

While it is not sure if the new movie has anything to do with the original, many are appealed by this conventional title. But given Puri's mindset and thinking, many are saying this would be a satire or an anti-philosophy that Puri usually likes spreading. Further details about the project would be revealed soon.

NTR need @ Blockbuster to Beat Mahesh Babu!!

Jr. NTR has a very big challenge to face now. NTR openly said that his aim is to become the number one hero of Tollywood. But at this point Mahesh Babu is way ahead of him in reaching that goal, if he hasn't reached it yet! Dookudu proved that Mahesh Babu's Pokiri isn't a fluke hit.

Now Businessman's opening records supports the statement that Mahesh is a super power at the box office. NTR should show his star power as early as possible, because people already believe that now the race is on for number 2 spot. They firmly believe that Mahesh can't be moved from his place in the near future.

If NTR has to put their belief in doubt, then he will have to deliver a 40 crore hit if not a 50 crore hit. But that is not going to be easy for him as NTR lags behind Mahesh in Nizam and overseas region. Mahesh films collect more than 10 crore rupees in these regions compared to NTR movies. NTR has lead over Mahesh in Ceded and to some extent in Andhra region. Covering up that 10 crore margin from these areas isn't possible. NTR should impress Nizam and overseas audience to consistently deliver big hits. He needs a film like Dookudu to do so. Maybe Srinu Vytla's film should help him a bit.
