Two debacles in a row have maligned the opportunities galore for Ram. GANESH and RAMA RAMA KRISHNA KRISHNA are the ones that choked the young hero’s image to an average hero. While KANDIREEGA scored few brownie points, producer Bellamkonda and director Santosh Srinivas walked away with the credits. In fact, it was also another routine commercial melodrama that looked like a juice of so many Telugu movies. Desperate for a hit, Ram has pulled 'love story' specialist Karunakaran on board for his uncle, Sravanthi Ravikishore's production ENDUKANTE PREMANTA. People are saying that in the name of 'uncle', Ram is handling all the production of the film. The actor is sharing with his close friends that this flick is the most expensive of his films till date with lavish spending on looks and locations.
On the other hand, most of Karunakaran's high budgeted entertainers failed to do well at the Box Office. The director generally cooks too much 'action' part if the budget is available in plenty leading to a crunch in collections. Maybe that is the reason, why Ram himself is handling the production. There is no surprise, even if Ram is also an investor for the movie!
