The actor, who was suffering from a stomach infection, cancelled her dates for Barfee and the producer reportedly even dismantled the set in Mumbai’s Film City. The Goan beauty, however, was seen at work in Hyderabad.
Sources said that she was quietly wrapping up her Telugu film while she was on medication. But couldn’t she have managed the dates properly so that the Bollywood producer didn’t have to suffer?
“It was nothing of that sort since she had allotted two different set of dates. She had to shoot with Ranbir till the last week of January but couldn’t, due to the stomach infection,” says the source.
So how come she is shooting and not resting as claimed by the Bollywood producer? “It’s a multi-cast combination and so she is attending the Telugu film shoot despite her illness and is taking rest during breaks. She is on medication and is feeling really tired but she’ll finish her work before leaving for Darjeeling to shoot with Ranbir Kapoor from February 13,” the source adds.
