Now, the Mumbai folks are saying even for a small thing she is creating hungama. Apparently, a video of her birthday celebration got uploaded in Youtube and reports say Bips is hitting the roof for that. However, those who saw the video said "There is nothing private which got recorded or caused disturbance. In fact, it looks more like the video got recorded deliberately. This is just some publicity tantrums that's all."
