Going by the industry buzz, Ganesh is going to launch another project with Pawan Kalyan shortly. This film will be directed by none other than Srinu Vaitla, one of the leading directors of Telugu cinema.
Remember, Srinu Vailta mentioned about his dream of working with Pawan Kalyan at the audio launch of Gabbar Singh? Bandla Ganesh is quick to capitalize on this idea as he is currently producing Baadshah under Sirnu Vaitla direction. Ganesh has reportedly talked to Pawan Kalyan about this idea and Power star has given him a positive nod.
Kona Venkat, who is a key member of Srinu Vaitla's team has penned a story for Pawan Kalyan and has been waiting to narrate it to him. If everything goes as per plans, Pawan will be doing a film under Vaitla direction with Kona's story. This film will take some time to hit the floors though. Pawan's immediate commitments are Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu with Puri and another film under Trivikram direction.
Young hero Nitin is all set to shake a leg with his favourite actor. Here, the special person is none other than Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and the song happens to be 'Gannulante Kannulunna Junnulanti Pilla' from his action entertainer Gabbar Singh. It's well-known that Nitin is an ardent fan of Pawan. To show his admiration for Powerstar, he would appear in a portion of this song and will also dance with the iconic actor.
It may be recalled that Pawan graced the audio launch of Nitin's Ishq and the film turned out to be hit, putting an end to his flop streak. This one is being directed by the psychological thinker Sukumar and Mahesh is pairing up with the saucy seductress Kajal Agarwal. Both the films are of different genres and sources say Mahesh will not be taking a break after completing these two projects. He would be getting onto the new one with director Boyapati Srinu.
Rebel star Prabhas may not be a threat to the current top four heroes now. However, he has the potential to burst into the top 4. He is yet to score a huge hit after Chatrapathi. Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh is slated for release on next Friday. Following the latest trend, this film is going to release in highest number of theaters in Pawan's career. Gabbar Singh is surrounded by huge expectations and too much hype. Buyers have spent big bucks on it. So this film will need some space at the box office to recover the investment.
Unfortunately, Gabbar Singh is not going to enjoy that free time like Racha or Dammu did. Racha had three weeks of time before Dammu hit the teaters. Dammu is also having the coast clear until two weeks. But Gabbar Singh is going to face immediate competition from Raviteja's Daruvu, which is also a mass entertainer like the former.
Both the films target audiences are same and hence Gabbar Singh will have to be pretty impressive to counter the competition and stay on top in the second week too. There will be one notable release per week from now on. So, Gabbar Singh is not going to be benefitted by the external factors like having no competition. It would have to do well on its merits. Rowdy Rathore is none other than the remake of 'Siruthai' which is a remake of the telugu movie 'Vikramarkudu'.
In all the three versions the song titled 'Jinthatha Jintha Jintha Jinthatha tha...' comes throughout the movie and is considered one of the main attractions of the film's hit.
