Film makers are planning for 'Racha' first look and posters in the same month making February a festive month for the fans. Superstar Mahesh Babu has welcomed the social networking site Twitter's new censorship policies, which will put an end to the offensive tweets on the public forum.
"It's an excellent move if they implement this. In my opinion, Personal issues shouldn't be discussed on public forums. We come across offensive words and other abuses in the comments, so it will be good if they are filtered," opined Mahesh Babu.
However, Twitter's new censorship policies has drawn international outrage as it would restrict the fundamental rights and freedoms of the citizens.
As per the new guidelines, Twitter would selectively censor tweets based on the country from which the service is being accessed. A tweet that is offensive to one country will only be censored in that particular Nation only, but it will still be available to see in other countries of the world.
Power Star Pawan Kalyan's three projects have been confirmed after his 'Gabbar Singh's' release. Pawan-Puri combo will be started immediately after the release of 'Gabbar Singh' on 27th April. D.V.V.Danayya will be producing this movie under the banner Universal Media. This movie is expected to release for this year's Dasara.
As per the latest reports, it is learnt that Reliance Entertainments tie up with B.V.S.N. Prasad and is going to do their first venture with Pawan Kalyan as hero. This movie will be directed by Raju Sundaram. This movie will be started only after the release of Pawan-Puri film. Later, Pawan Kalyan will work with Trivikram and this movie will be produced by Sanghamitra Arts banner. The title of this movie is being considered as 'Saradaa'.
Businessman failed to do wonders in overseas as expected. The film is indeed doing well in India but the overseas collections are much below the desired numbers. The buyers have estimated that the film would cross Dookudu in overseas collections seeing the trend in first week.
Businessman collected Rs 5 Cr in first week in USA but in second week it dropped badly to Rs 20 Lakh. But in the case of Dookudu, the second week collections were Rs 2.5 Cr.
This has marred the overall result. The main reasons for this fall are attributed to climatic conditions and also the content in the film.
While one of the reasons is the heavy snow fall in East and heavy rains in west, the other reason is that there is no sufficient comedy in the film to draw crowds to theatres.
Whatever be the scenario, so far, the top grosser in USA in the history of Telugu cinema are number one- Dookudu, number two- Businessman and number three- Magadheera.
Who knows, looking at the speed of Mahesh Babu and the image that is growing, even the third place may be occupied by him soon.
