Mahesh Babu Telangana connection in Dookudu

Mahesh Babu who has experimented with his style of dialog delivery in the film Khaleja, is coming up with yet another different modulation in Dookudu. Mahesh will speak in various accents in this movie. His character is designed in a very different way from his previous characters in it.

Mahesh will be seen in an MLA getup in Dhookudu for some time. He will speak in Telagana dialect in this getup. This will be a big surprise as Mahesh is not associated with such things in the past. Mahesh character will be equally entertaining and funny as that of Brahmanandam and MS Narayana in it.
Samantha is the heroine in this film that is directed by Srinu Vytla. Dookudu is all set for Sep 23rd release. The buzz around this film is bigger as it nears the big day.

Why Venky, Mahesh make likely combo ?

Before the stage is set for the launch of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu are likely to share camaraderie so that it translates into bonhomie during the making of the film.  Probably, driven by this desire, Venkatesh made it a point to meet Mahesh Babu on the sets of Dookudu.  The latter was shooting for the film and it was the last day of the shoot.


Since this also happens to be the first true multi-starrer of our generation, the expectations are sky high.  The task of the director (Srikanth Addala) and the producer (Dil Raju) will be much more easy if two big stars get along well on the sets, without leaving a scope for ego clashes.  Thankfully, both the stars are down-to-earth persons who are not known to act pricey. Both the stars have a clean image and usually don't get into controversies.  Above all, they are thorough professionals who respect their commitments.


Looks like the combination is perfect and Dil Raju should thank the stars for the initial success of getting Venky and Mahesh sign the film.

Two powerhouse roles from Pawan Kalyan

Gabbar Singh is currently being shot on Pawan Kalyan and others at a house set erected at Kokapet.  Re-creating the pastoral touch, is the house set where SS Rajamouli shot Maryada Ramanna.  For the first time perhaps in his career, Pawan is found juggling the shoots of two films at once - Gabbar Singh and the untitled film being directed by Vishnuvardhan, though the latter is off the location for the moment.


It is expected that Shruthi Haasan will join the shoot soon.  Directed by Harish Shankar, the film sees Ajay reprising the role of Arbaaz Khan in Dabangg. More than his immediate forthcoming film, Gabbar Singh has more hype around it.  It goes without saying that it has to do much with the mass elements in the script. Vishnuvardhan's film will help create a ground for Harish Shankar's movie in a sense.  The film by the former is an action-significant film.  Looks like Power Star is going to deliver two back-to-back powerhouse performances.

Manch Manoj becomes Balakrishna Alludu?

Well, we have revealed in the past how Nandamuri family is closely related to Manchu Mohan Babu’s family, which indirectly established a relationship between Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu and former Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. Now, the Nandamuri and Manchu family are getting further closer, if reports from Tollywood are to be believed.  

According to these reports, Manchu Manoj, the younger son of Mohan Babu is all set to marry Tejaswini, the younger daughter of Nandamuri Balakrishna.

At present, the marriage proposal is at the talks level.Earlier, Manoj had proposed to bubbling actress Charmi, but that was shot down by an angry Mohan Babu. Now, Mohan Babu was looking for an alliance with Nandamuri family by getting Manoj married to Balaiah’s daughter. Manoj, to, had evinced interest in the proposal. Currently, Tejaswini is in the final year of her B.Tech. She is expected to be married once her studies are complete. On the other hand, Manoj has proved himself as an actor though he has not scored a big hit. Moreover, Manoj and Jr NTR are thick friends. So, many are saying it is a perfect alliance. According to sources, Manoj and Tejaswini had met a couple of times in the recent past and had developed interest in each other. So, maybe the day is not far to hear the big announcement from the big families.

Chiru's Second-Hand Taste For Charan!

A noted notion in TFI is Chiru likes all second hand things only. Whether it is Paruchuri Brothers, Anjala Jhaveri, Devi Sri Prasad or VV Vinayak, all got an offer to work with Megastar only after proving somewhere else.
According to grapevine, the same taste is now can be seen in young megapower star Ram Charan too. Insiders revealed that Ram Charan don't want to go with any fresher now and is keen on working with successful technicians only. Mega family except Powerstar Pavan Kalyan never had a history of working with freshers and giving chance to the enthusiasts. Even for ace dance master Lawrence, Chiru gave the opportunity only when Lawrence proved the mettle in others flicks. Reports says that Chiru and Ram Charan are finalizing Surender Reddy and Boyapati Seenu to direct Ram Charan after he completes his RACHA. Cine observes are saying Mega family should change their ways giving opportunity to young and energetic freshers. These are the days where freshers are giving best hits and recovering the investments of the producers rather than the experienced seniors !

Richa's 'cheppu debba' to Shruti Haasan

Shruti Haasan is inarguably the fastest growing star in South at the moment. She has a horde of films with prominent stars lined up and she would definitely be a strong contender to the number one spot in the coming days. Seems like, that has already got into her head and is behaving like a 'big star'. She is treating other young actresses as if they are nothing compared to her.

Here is one example for Shruti's arrogance. Richa Gangopadhyay of Mirapakay fame formally greeted Shruti on Twitter and Shruti's reply to her is 'Who is this Richa?' It is not a big deal for anybody on Twitter to see one's profile and know the details about them. But Shruti replied to Richa as if she doesn't know her at all to which the latter came up with a strong reply.

"This is the Richa who's sharing your costar (Dhanush) currently, doing the same film as u (in tamil, Dabangg Tamil remake) with my previous director (Harish Shankar)!" Richa replied to her. Though it looks simple, this post has a strong statement to convey. This says that 'I am as good as you and you are just equal to me'. Shruti, who didn't expect such a reply from Richa immediately came down to her senses and greeted her in a proper way. That is what we call 'Cheppu tho kottinattu samadhanam ivvadam' in Telugu.

Ram Charan cheats loyal follower

Ram Charan, who is currently busy with Racha will do his next film on Dil Raju's banner says the buzz. This movie will be directed by Brindavanam fame Vamsi Paidipally. Charan heard single line story and gave a nod to Vamsi, who is currently developing it into a full script. Charan promised to do this film for another producer but finally gave it to Dil Raju.

The producer who tried for Ram Charan's dates is none other but Ghanta Srinivasa Rao, loyal follower of Chiranjeevi and also PRP MLA. Charan promised to do his fifth film to Srinivasa Rao long back and also tried to rope in Krishna Vamsi as the director. But that project never took off as Charan's Orange was delayed. Charan dropped the idea of working with Krishna Vamsi and Ghanta Srinivasa Rao came forward to produce Pydipalli Vamsi film. Charan made a promise to him at that time but now this project is completely in Dil Raju hands. Will he ever keep his promise and do a film for Ghanta is to be seen.

Apparently, the zero victory tour of England that Dhoni and his boys had is the key inspiration for Ramu. And here is the best part, grapevine is strong that Ramu is looking at Poonam Pandey to do a key role. Given the backdrop, many are failing to understand where Poonam fits in.
