160 Crs @ Racha + Dammu + Gabbar Singh

Taking the success of bid budgeted films into account in the Summer season, Tollywood filmmakers can proudly say that golden days of Telugu Cinema are back again.
The stupendous success of Racha, Dammu and Gabbar Singh at the Box Office has given new hope for Industry, which is in a slump from the past few years. It's the first time in the last decade or so, three big films of three big stars recorded consecutive hits.
The festival started with Ram Charan's Racha, which collected a share of Rs 55 crores to enter into Super hit caterory. Then came NTR's powerful entertainer Dammu, which collected a share of Rs 35 crores and become an above average grosser. Finishing touch has been given by Pawan Kalyan with a money spinner in the form of 'Gabbar Singh', which could end up collecting anywhere around Rs 70 crores in its total run. With this three flicks, a mammoth share of Rs 160 crores has been generated. Altogether, this is a very good sign for Tollywood!
