Pawan Kalyan's @ Gabbar Singh Special

NTR - Vytla @ Baadshah Starts in Style

Jr.NTR’s Baadshah even before hitting the sets is doing its pre-release business taking the expectations to the peaks. The distributions rights for the Guntur and Nellore areas have already been bagged by Hari Venkat Pictures and Sri Nikethan Films respectively for undisclosed figures and the business has been closed.
Being the combo of Jr.NTR and Srinu Vytla, the expectations are high on the film. While Srinu Vytla films have good entertainment with ample comedy, Jr.NTR has very good comic timing and one opines that this works big time for Baadshah.
Baadshah to be produced by Ganesh Babu on Parameshwara Art Productions banner, the film will see the second combo of NTR and Kajal Agarwal. Music is by Thaman.

Pawan @ Cameraman Ganga Tho... Switched Off!!

Creative director Puri Jagannadh made his debut with a hit and this was given to him by Pawan Kalyan. After that, Pawan has been going through a string of flops and amidst this, a new project hit the floors. This was titled as ‘Cameraman Ganga Tho…Rambabu’ in a variety manner and Pawan was essaying the role of a TV channel reporter.
This is produced by D V V Danayya. The ground work also began for this. But now, the latest update is that the film has been stalled. Apparently, sources say after scoring a thumping success with the film ‘Gabbar Singh’, Pawan is reportedly planning to come up with a film that can boost his mass image among the audience instead of this mild character.
Moreover, audience believes that the heroes in Puri’s films are usually stereotype. So, Pawan has reportedly decided to put the project into the attic. So what will be his next project? Well, the chances of Trivikram Srinivas wielding the megaphone look high. Already he had little involvement in ‘Gabbar Singh’ and he gave a decent hit in the form of  ‘Jalsa’ to Pawan. This sure is a crazy combo so it is heard that efforts have begun to get the film onto the floors as soon as possible.

Heavy Assets @ Disappoint 'Leader' Siren

Heroines working down South generally prefer to go bulk when it comes to their figure, as most fans love them that way. Times are not the same always, as trends are changing.
'Leader' movie fame Richa Gangopadhyay has recently received a blow for her bulging assets. Her bulging figure has sacked the beauty from a golden offer to star along Tamil hero Ajith. Richa was selected as heroine for Ajith and Vishnuvardhan Even after doing a test shoot, the makers have opted for a slim beauty rather signing curvaceous Richa. Our busty siren is replaced by another ravishing damsel Tapsee.
Though this is a second heroine role, starring in a top hero's flick will always prove advantage for a glamour-doll's career. While Richa is proud of her appealing figure, she is a little disappointed as that is not bringing cool offers her way.

Chaitu Beats @ Mahesh In Multi-Starrer?

Superstar Mahesh is expected to raise the curtains for new-generation multi starrers, but now this looks like a dream. Buzz is that young romantic lad Naga Chaitanya will take the lead.
Apparently, Chaitu is also coming up with a multi-starrer, which happens to be the remake of a successful Tamil movie. Sources are saying that Chaitanya will co-star with six-pack hero Sunil in the remake of Tamil 'Vettai'. Sunil plays Madhavan's role and Chaitu reprises Arya's in this Bellamkonda Suresh production. Now, looking at the speed, Mahesh-Venky's 'Seethamma Vaakitlo..' is getting filmed, the movie has all fair chances to get delayed till summer 2013.
Shooting of SVSC is halted at the moment due to lack of dates of star-cast as the fixed days are let off with heroine Samantha falling sick. Coming to Chaitu's movie, as this is a remake film, complete production will be done at brisk speed to make the movie available by December 2012. In that case, Chaitu will be the flag bearer of new-age multi starrers in Tollywood.

Confirming the news, Charmi said: “Although I essay the role of a high-profile sex worker, the film will not have any sleazy scenes as it’s on a different and aesthetic scale.” She said that she accepted the role as it was a love story and not a down market B-grade film. “Actually, it’s a touching love story between a blind singer and a call girl and how she supports and guides him to success. Pawan on Mahesh Babu's @ Advantage!

Director Puri Jagannath has the knack of utilizing a hero’s charisma. He has done the same for Mahesh Babu. The superb commercial success of ‘Businessman’ has its reasons linked to the new found image of Mahesh Babu with blockbuster ‘Dookudu.’ Many agree that, Mahesh’s ‘Dookudu’ mania continued to ‘Businessman’ which got earth shattering opening collections yet failed to sustain for a minimum of 50 days run.
Now, Pawan stands on same platform like where Mahesh Babu stood post ‘Dookudu.’ With ‘Gabbar Singh’ proved as a voluminous hit all over, it’s quite interesting to see how Puri Jagannath deals Pawan’s new image for forthcoming ‘Cameraman Ganga Tho Ram Babu.’  Obviously, Puri will be on big advantage because madness of ‘Gabbar Singh’ can easily drive ‘Ram Babu’ to hit shores. Of course, we do know about Puri’s jet speed taking and strict schedules with disciplinary production costs would keep the budget of ‘Ram Babu’ with in the prescribed limits.

Eega Targets @ Only 30% Recovery

Ace director Rajamouli is busy winding the last parts of his latest film to fire it before the audience in the last week of May. Let's talk about the business of this movie.
'Eega', the big budgeted sci-fi extravaganza of Rajamouli is targeting only a recovery of 30% from Box Office. Already, the makers are able to pull 70% of their investment through satellite rights, dubbing rights and area-wise selling of the film. With the popularity of the brand 'Rajamouli', they are able to get soaring prices for this film. They say that most of the area rights are sold on NRA basis that incurs no loss to producer even in case of loss.
NRA means Non-Returnable Advance, which the distributors pay agreeing that they will not demand it back in case of a flop show. Trade experts expressed that 'Eega' needs a week run at BO to make the producer cross loss-line. Distributors will also lie on safe side if there are no competitors for this flick for a couple of weeks. Wait and see.

Akkineni Akhil @ Hats off to Powerstar

Akkineni Akhil, the younger son of King Nagarjuna, is the another celebrity to join the long list of admirers of Pawan Kalyan. Already the entire Industry have been raving about Pawan's one man show in Gabbar Singh. Now, it's Akhil's turn to shower praises on the numero uno actor.
After watching the screening of the film on Tuesday, Akhil started praising Pawan for his rocking performance and also said that Gabbar Singh was one of the most entertaining movies he have seen off late. "Hats off to powerstar PK for carrying off the movie like that!!," opined the star kid.
Calling Gabbar Singh as highly entertaining flick, Akhil appreciated the makers for the adaptation than a frame-to-frame remake of Bollywood hit Dabangg. Director Harish Shankar made numerous changes to the script to suit the taste of Telugu audience. One of the main reasons for the tremendous success of Gabbar Singh is that the film looked more like an 'original' (not a remake)!
