Thaman has recently purchased costly musical equipment and he has been using that for Venkatesh’s shadow and NTR’s Badshah. There is a considerable change in the output is what the people who heard the music has to say.

Jr NTR 'Dammu' @ Show begins from March 17!!

Jr NTR’s most anticipated flick ‘dammu’ will have the audio scheduled for release on March 17. Music for the flick is provided by MM Keeravani. Currently shooting of the film is progressing on fast pace at RFC. Unit is filming high voltage action episode on the lead cast.
‘NTR is sporting a new look in this mass entertainer. His diction, performance will be entirely different from his earlier outings,’ says confident director Boyapati Srinu. While Trisha and Karthika are playing heroines, movie is produced by KS Rama Rao under Creative Commercials banner will have a grand release in the month of April.

Surya-Karthi @ focus on Telugu Market!!

Tamil Star Surya and his brother Karthi are gearing up for a planned and long term assault on the Telugu market. Having tasted good success in Andhra Pradesh, the brothers have now decided to take things more seriously and establish a solid market for themselves here. They have got themselves a huge flat in Madhapur and that will serve as their base in Hyderabad. The brothers are scouting around for dedicated dedicated staff to manage their PR and logistics. This setup will manage and work towards enhancing the market of Surya and Karthi.
Surya is already asking for Telugu dubbing rights as part of his compensation for all new movies and Karthi speaks excellent Telugu, almost like a native person. Industry veterans say that Surya and Karthi have the potential to create a big market, on par with any big Telugu hero, here with the kind of dedication and planning they are showing. Expect to see a dubbed version of every Tamil film belonging to these brothers and a couple of straight releases too. The question remains. Allu Aravind @ Offers 45 Cr Package To Mahesh??

These days in Tollywood, everyone wants to work with Mahesh Babu, the Man with the Midas Touch.
The back-to-back blockbusters — The Businessman and Dookudu — have taken Mahesh Babu’s career to an unscaled peak.
According to trade insiders, the actor, popularly called the Prince, is the second highest paid actor in the South, next only to Rajinikanth. Offers are pouring in for Mahesh from all quarters in the industry.
Perhaps, nothing can match the offer leading producer Allu Aravind has put forward. Reports say Aravind recently sent a proposal to the Prince to sign a three-film deal for a whopping Rs 15 crore each. Besides the 45-crore package, Mahesh has also been given the freedom to pick his choice of script and director.
Though it is not clear if Mahesh has given nod to what the industry calls a staggering offer, the news has spread like wildfire, sending Tollywood into a tizzy.
People in the know say it is quite evident that Aravind wants to cash in on the popularity of Mahesh Babu. The news has come as a surprise for many as the Aravind camp itself has four big stars in its kitty: Ram Charan Tej, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun and Chiranjeevi.
Mahesh is currently working on Seethama Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. Directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by Dil Raju, the multi-starrer film will also feature Venkatesh. His project with director Sukumar is expected to go on floors this month. Reports say Mahesh will soon work with Mani Ratnam in Ponniyin Selvan along with Tamil actor Vijay.
With quite a few big projects in his kitty, it will be a breather for most fans to hear that Mahesh and ace director Rajamouli are working together. Though there has been considerable buzz about them joining hands, we haven’t heard anything concrete.
Rajamouli once tweeted saying he wanted the audience to decide what they wanted from the director and actor. Further, he said, “Do you want to see Mahesh in a cowboy film, a James Bond film or Alluri Seetaramaraju.” It will be quite interesting to see what this duo will finally come up with.

That the producer of Dammu has rumouredly paid Rs. 12 crore as remuneration to NTR!
When NTR wanted to outclass Chiru, his producers were made to go for mammoth releases. When the trick failed with all the films, including Oosaravelli, he wants to prove that he is the Big One who is paid the highest remuneration in the town. Young Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Rebel in the direction of choreographer cum actor cum cum director Raghava Lawrence is being shot in Shamshabad temple currently. Prabhas is romancing actresses Tamanna and Deeksha Seth in the film.
Rebel being produced lavishly by J.Bhagwan and J. Pulla Rao on the banner of Sri Balaji Cine Media is a high voltage action thriller with all the commercial elements. The action sequences were shot in Bangkok earlier and they are said to be the highlighting episodes of the film.
However, Rebel is being in news for some wrong reasons. Firstly, Anushka walked out of the movie and was later replaced by Tamanna. Later music director Thaman has bid adieu to the unit wishing all the best for Lawrence who planned to compose the music. Now, the buzz is cinematographer Ram Prasad has been replaced with Sarvesh Murari. Hope the replacements ends here.

Days before the audio function of 'Ishq', Nitin personally went to Gabbar Singh's shooting spot to invite Pawan Kalyan for the audio function. Pawan Okayed the invitation and attended the audio function. Not just the audio function, even the movie became a hit.

Yesterday morning, Ram Charan went to Gabbar Singh's shooting spot. Pawan Kalyan was busy shooting for the interval scene of Gabbar Singh at that time. They both had a chit-chat for some time and Ram Charan left the spot with a smiling face. Sources say that Ram Charan met Pawan Kalyan to invite him personally for the audio release function of Racha and looking at the expression of Ram Charan, it looks like Pawan Kalyan has Okayed to attend the function. We have to wait till the audio function to see whether this prediction is going to be right or wrong.

He is perhaps the only actor who has the record of scoring a dozen duds but still got the title of a megastar. Incidentally, the talk is spreading that Pawan’s hand is not ordinary hand and many are planning to invite him for their audio releases as well.
However, the fact remains that only sentiment people are convinced that Pawan factor was responsible. So it is likely that Pawan would be flooded with such requests for gracing the events. But given his aloof nature and hard to approach image, let us see whether Pawan will agree or not to such things.

Don't Underestimate @ Ram Charan's Director!!

It was nothing less than depression for Ram Charan Tej when he came with ‘Orange’ and it became a dud. After a hiatus of sorts, he then started off with ‘Rachcha’ and this was met with criticism. The reason for that was director Sampath Nandi. Apparently, when Sampath Nandi got the chance, many asked why this one film director.
And now ‘Rachcha’ is getting late and many attributed because he was given the project. While that is the external view, here is the inside view. The ‘Rachcha’ camp people are saying “Sampath Nandi is not as easy as people speak. He is one of those rare directors who would be in the top list soon.”
When asked about what did he do great apart from coming up with a movie (Yemaindhi Ee Vela) which was tagged as Ameerpet sex movie, the camp retorted “Keep that aside you will see the real stuff now. Charan is not that crazy to give chance to Nandi. The director has actually surpassed the expectations.” Well, we will know all the material when the movie releases.

Siddarth @ Crying On Nithin!!

The cine folks often tag Siddarth as a man of amazing talent and good grip over any subject he works on. In a way, this has been proved with his performances and his recent debut as a producer with the film ‘Love Failure’. However, there is news that this talented man is currently whimpering over another colleague.
That colleague is Nithin. Well, it is not often that one gets to see two films releasing simultaneously and both scoring well with the audience these days. But to Sidz’s bad luck, Nithin’s film ‘Ishq’ which came with ‘Love Failure’ has also worked well at the box office and in some places better than Sidz’s project.
Apparently, Sidz is reportedly feeling that the film would have worked even better but ‘Ishq’ has caused a dent. On the other hand, there is news that Nithin has hiked his remuneration from Rs 80 lakhs to Rs 1 crore and people are ready to shell that amount and rope him for multiple projects. Sidz on the other hand is reportedly charging Rs 2 crores.
With this, few producers are thinking “Siddarth is not required. By spending 1 crore less we can work it out with Nithin.” This has become another reason for Sidz to cry a little more, as per sources.

Nandamuri Fans @ Upset with NTR for Following Mahesh!!

The die-hard fans of Jr NTR are unhappy with their hero for drawing comparison with Superstar Mahesh Babu in every aspect. Right now, they are confused and trying to figure out whether its a media speculation or its happening in real!
"We (fans) want NTR to be numero uno, and strictly doesn't want him to follow the footsteps of others. If the reports in media are to be believed, NTR seems to be comparing with Mahesh right from directors to remuneration and following his ideas. More than the fact that 'NTR is not a No.1', 'NTR is following Mahesh' is hurting us badly," said a Nandamuri Fan.
However, the people who were watching NTR closely since many years have been defending the star saying whatever he does, the prime motto would be to entertain his fans and make them feel happy. "Firstly, fans should be patient. To reach to the top, one should analyse and estimate the capabilities/strenghts of people who were ahead of us. NTR is doing the same thing. Though the year 2011 is not a productive one for him as expected, NTR will come out with flying colors soon," said a source close to the star.
Usually, we often come across fans of one hero making potshots at other heroes and their fans. But here we witness the fans finding fault with their own hero. Seems like, this is another rare record!

Superstar Mahesh Babu has bagged another major brand endorsement deal.And probably for the first time ever for a Telugu actor, he will be the face of the brand not just in Andhra Pradesh, but across India! Mahesh Babu has been roped in as the brand ambassador for Thums Up across the country. He was the brand ambassador for the soft drink in Andhra Pradesh till now, but he will take over from Akshay Kumar as the face of the soft drink across India. A new series of commercials will be aired soon and these were shot recently in Bangkok.
This goes to show the increasing popularity of Mahesh Babu and as we reported yesterday, the growing recognition for him across India. Way to go Mahesh!
