' is completing its first week run on 19th January. Since the movie has been released in maximum number of centers all over the world, the movie is getting all time record collections in all the areas. Fortunately, there is no big opposition for the movie. Even though Venkatesh's 'Bodaguard' is running with decent collections at the box office, we can't say that it is the competition for '*businessman*
' as Mahesh Babu has a big following among the youth. Consolidating, '*businessman*
' could become the only choice for all sections of audience for this 'Pongal' and so is the cause for the amazing collections of the movie in the first week run.
However, a sudden dip of collections of the movie '*businessman*
' has been noticed on the sixth day of its release and the same has been continued on day seven as well. As per the trade sources, if the same scenario continues, the movie may not get marathon run and consistent collections like 'Dookudu' for a long time.  However, they admit that the movie has already got a break even through its first week collections and it can easily be termed as a hit movie if the long run collections are taken into consideration. In contrast, Mahesh fans are expressing their wish that the movie would become one more blockbuster like 'Dookudu', as they predict the movie continues its dream run for some more weeks unanimously at the box office.

Surya's @ Maatran to release in June!!

Surya is busy completing the shooting for Maatran. The movie brings together director KV Anand, music composer Harris Jayaraj and Surya after the stupendous success in Ayan.

The movie was shot in Russia, European Countries besides various parts of Tamilnadu. Kajal Agarwal shares the screen space with Surya for the first time.

The movie produced by AGS Entertainment will also feature Vivek. Sources say Maatran will be completed soon and would be released this June.

Vijay's @ Nanban success press meet!!

Rajinikanth @ Moves K Balachandar to tears!!

Superstar Rajinikanth recently participated at the Annual Celebration of his wife Latha's Ashram school.

The actor who came up to the stage only at the final, since he wanted to remain as a guest only. Later he presented the awards to all who are honored with their respective titles.

But Rajinikanth hesitated for one thing when he was asked to hand over a award in the title 'Rajinikanth award' to his mentor K Balachandar.

He stated that 'I am not deserved to give a award in my name to my guru, so i request that from next year that it should be renamed as K Balachandar Award. The Superstar proved that he still considers K Balachander as his guru with utmost repect.

Later K Balachandar who went emotional with Rajini's speech stated that ' Rajinikanth has always been so respectful towards me and he has proven that once again'.

Pawan Kalyan @ Finally learns from his Mistakes!!!

Power star Pawan Kalyan has been doing films with Tamil directors and flop directors all these days and as a result he tasted too many flops. His credibility is at stake with a string of disasters and his fans have been worrying a lot. After delivering a hat-trick of disasters, Pawan finally realized his mistakes and is correcting them.

After Gabbar Singh, Pawan Kalyan will do all his future films under the top league directors of Tollywood. Puri Jagannadh's film will be the immediate Pawan's project after Gabbar Singh and Trivikram will direct the one that follows.

Pawan Kalyan will do a film each with Srinu Vytla and Rajamouli. Both these films are in the proposal stage. As of now Puri and Trivikram movies were confirmed and as an icing on the cake, Gabbar Singh is carrying positive buzz. Bodyguard @ Survives Businessman heat!!!

Businessman was released in a record number of theaters and took off on a sky high note. Despite the divided talk, Businessman is still ruling the box office. Bodyguard was released a day after Businessman in standard number of theaters and took off on a reasonable note.

Looking at red hot Businessman, people predicted that Bodyguard may lose its way in the competition. But Bodyguard stood its ground despite the Businessman storm at the box office. Initial wave of Businessman is cleared now and the collections have come down. There is a significant drop in collections. Bodyguard has been steady all these days and now the collections of it are on par with Businessman in many centers.

Barring Nizam, Bodyguard is faring reasonably well in all other centers and is poised to become a hit for its range. It is likely to become one of the biggest grosser of Venky. Bodyguard has collected more than 10 crores share in five days and the collections on the fifth and sixth day were pretty good. On the other hand Businessman has set record for first week collections as predicted prior to its release. However, it is to be seen if it can sustain the momentum in the second week or not.

Businessman @ Industry Record Collections!!

Superstar Mahesh Babu has recreated the magic once again with his gangster flick 'Businessman'. The first week collections of the film will show the stamina of Telugu Cinema and also an eye opener for the people who ill-treats regional films.

Businessman has raked in a phenomenal Rs 62.93 crores Gross and Rs 41.83 crores Share in its first week at the Box Office to become Industry Hit (First Week). It comfortably surpassed Oosaravelli's first week gross Rs 56 crores (As per the figures announced by producer).

Looks like, Businessman would put an end to the controversy over the All Time Industry Hit. Though the producers of Dookudu claimed that their film holds the No.1 position, there is still considerable uncertainty regarding whether it crossed Magadheera or not. The main reason for this confusion is the neck-and-neck race between the collections of both the films.

Businessman crossed Dookudu first week collections (Rs 50 crores) effortlessly, so now it has got every chance to surpass the total collections of Magadheera by a fair margin. True to its title, Businessman is doing the business like something we have never heard of. So, the fans of Superstar have to wait for few more days to experience that magical moment!
