Mahesh @ Gives heavy jolt to 'Ruler' NTR!
Jr. NTR will be starring in the film Baadshah under the direction of Srinu Vytla. This title has been getting tremendous response from NTR fans as it is very powerful. Buzz has it that this title was registered for Mahesh Babu. With Dookudu his fans fondly called him Box office Baadshah and it would have been perfect had he done the film with this title.
But NTR was adamant in getting the title and Srinu Vytla somehow convinced the title holders and got the rights of Baadshah. Now it is payback time for Mahesh Babu as the buzz says that he will be doing a film titled Ruler under Boyapati Srinu direction. Ruler word became hugely popular among NTR fans with the powerful song in Boyapati's upcoming film Dammu.
NTR fans expected NTR to do a film with this title. However, Boyapati Srinu is planning to do his next film with Mahesh in the lead. That film will be titled Ruler, as per the filmnagar sources. Hence the Baadshah gets unexpected shock from 'Ruler' Mahesh.
Jr.Trisha's @ New Competitor In Tollywood
A single dose of sparkling performance is enough for hot beauties to rake up their 'hawa' in film industry. Same thing happened with our Jr.Trisha a couple of weeks back and now it's time for her to watch out for the competition.
With 'Ee Rojullo' turning huge hit than expected, heroine Reshma won accolades like no one else. For her close resemblance to petite beauty Trisha, she is fondly called as Jr.Trisha by Tollywood folks. With the arrival of another young girl Nandita, she switched guns to competitive mode now, reveals a source. Nandita, who debuted with Teja's 'Neeku Naaku Dash Dash' has become the soul of that simple story through her riveting performance. Interestingly, both the girls are Telugu natives and proved a point that they are better than Mumbai babes in delivering head turning show.
Already, Reshma has upper hand after signing a couple of flicks and we have to see how Nandita will rocket in Tollywood.
Sexy lady @ spices up Pawan's Rambabu
Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh is looking good enough to take the box office by a storm. Fans are extremely confident about this film to end the drought period of Power star. Recently released audio promos have raised the expectations furthermore. Meanwhile, Puri Jagan is done with the script of Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu.
This film will go to sets in June and will release for Dussera. Tamanna is roped in to play the female lead in it. Puri zeroed in Gabriela Bertante for the second heroine role. Gabriela is a Brazilian sexy model, who is currently doing an item song in Puri's Devudu Chesina Manushulu. Impressed with her beauty and screen presence, Puri has given her promotion from item babe to heroine.
Gabriela Bertante is sure to add spice to Rambabu movie. This film is going to stir up a huge controversy after the release, says a source from film nagar. This is a bold concept which will expose the darker side of media in an entertaining way. Pawan is very much impressed with Puri's script and is looking forward to start the film's shoot.
Allu Arjun @ Tough competition from RamCharan!!
Allu Arjun made debut as an actor way before Ram Charan made his. Allu Arjun had already done more than six films by the time Charan entered the field. Despite having excellent dancing skills and proving to be a decent actor, Allu Arjun failed to deliver big hits. He tasted success as a hero but failed to make it to the big league.
Meanwhile Ram Charan has rewritten the history of Telugu cinema with his second movie itself. Arjun tried to attract the mass audiences to improve his range as a hero during this period. But somehow his films didn't click at the box office. Debacles like Varudu and Badrinath pushed him on the back foot. At the same time Charan failed to deliver with a romantic feel good movie Orange. Hence he immediately switched genres and tried Racha.
With Racha, Ram Charan has once again proved that he could be one of the biggest stars in current day Telugu cinema. He is a true heir of Mega star and Racha's success proved that mega fans first votes go to Charan when compared to Arjun. From this point, Allu Arjun has to be careful in building his career. He has huge competition from his own compound itself. So Arjun will have to impress fans and audience with innovative films like Arya and make his own way to stardom. It seems tough, but Bunny should already be on his way with Julayi.
RACHA @ Overseas - BIG Looser!
From now onwards we are going to give the Trade report of Overseas Telugu movies, as we don't want the overseas buyers to fall in the trap of Greedy Producers with their hype about each and every movie without knowing the facts of the trade and push buyers to incur huge losses.So here we are giving Trade Facts of Racha overseas.
The following are the officially recorded collections.

As per various exhibitors and distributors, non-reported centers gross will be around 30% which is approximately 100K and as per our estimation, Racha might collect another 40K to 50K from its 2nd week onwards in all the centers.

Total USA Distributor/Exhibitor share - $320K = Rs 1.6cr

NON-USA, as per our sources, Australia it got 9laks, UK – 18laks, Gulf- 30 laks, Malaysia-2 laks of distributor share. Overseas DVD rights might fetch another 5 laks.
So, worldwide Racha share stands at approximately – 2.24 crores which is very good in nay terms considering the content and genre of the movie which has too many MASS elements.
Anlysis: Racha was bought for 3.15cr (2.75cr copy rights + 40laks for prints, publicity, Digital expenses and shipping charges etc), so NET LOSS is Rs 89laks for a movie which got Hit talk in India.
So, Racha is BIG LOOSER for overseas territory considering the HUGE price it bought for, if the movie is bought for reasonably good price like 2.25cr, all the buyers would have atleast some profits after long time and hence movie would have been declared as a Good HIT in overseas also, so technically Racha is a looser though it got HIT talk and good collections. Earlier this year same thing happened for Businessman also which incurred almost similar losses due to its exorbitant prices.
Conclusion: Overseas Distributors /Exhibitors know the facts and genre of the movie before quoting huge prices.

RamCharan @ New Look for Zanjeer!!
This is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia and it is heard that as soon as Charan landed in Mumbai, Lakhia took him to the best salon in the city and got a total crew cut done for him. Apparently, Cherry is essaying the role of a cop so Lakhia wanted the look to be real. And another update has also arrived.
Earlier, it was mentioned that the deadly Sanjay Dutt would reprise the role of Pran but now his place has been taken by the chiseled stud Arjun Rampal. Sources say the important crux of the film is the crucial fight between Charan and Arjun which is being planned on a very ambitious note.
