RGV laughing at Balayya!!!

It is common for this celebrated director to take pot shots against the big-wigs among film celebrities for his publicity. This time he has targeted the top-hero of Telugu Cinema with his punchy and quick satires. The top-hero is none other than Nandamuri Balakrishna as his recent acts are really a shock to everyone. Insiders say that Balayya is very unhappy with the way his Sri Rama Rajyam's audio is getting marketed. For this reason, he himself has taken the initiative to sell his product before coming up with innovative ideas. However, his idea is something already done by maverick film maker Ram Gopal Varma. He is laughing at Balakrishna for copying his 'pen drive' idea used during the audio release of 'KSD Appalraju'. Smartly Balayya changed it to Memory Card instead of a pen-drive to grab attention for SRR which is crushed under the hit stature of 'Dookudu' music. But that is not working on Telugu audience in diverting their attention towards his movie, is the line of many film lovers.

Prabhas-Trisha In 'Live-In Relation'

The dynamics of man-woman relationship in India has changed. From a traditional, life long committed relation, things have become more practical and perhaps a bit over the line too. The reason for all this Gyan is due to the latest buzz making rounds in filmnagar circles. This has to do with Prabhas and Trisha. Grapevine is making strong rounds that the young rebel star is having a secret ‘live-in’ relation with Trisha. While his friends have quashed this as rumour, another version is that Trisha has been pulling Prabhas that way as marriage plans didn’t work.

The source clarifies “Prabhas will never say no to his mom. And he doesn’t have the courage to declare his relation with Trisha openly. So, Trisha is hoping she can get him in line through the live-in mode.” While no confirmations have been given on this, it will be interesting to see how their relation will go forward if all this is true.

Lakshmi is making her @ Bollywood debut

It is a rare talent for anyone to mix ‘Pulihara’ with a new group and become friendly. But here is one girl who is adept at that. She is none other than Lakshmi Manchu and right now, sources from Mumbai reveal that the Bollywood folks have begun to talk about the Manchu girl in their circles.
Apparently, Lakshmi is making her debut in Bollywood with the film ‘Department’ under the direction of Ram Gopal Varma. Buzz is that she has been strengthening her contacts and PR circles. Already, Lakshmi is getting close to Big B and Sanjay Dutt, the two leads of ‘Department’ and now she is slowly spreading her arms in Bollywood.

A Hyderabad friend of Lakshmi revealed “Lakshmi has that special talent of making friends easily and building relations. She has done that in the US already and that got her the chance to act with the great Sylvester Stallone. She is good at grabbing the opportunity.” Well, looks like the Manchu girl is munching Bollywood big time.

Temple for Hansika?

Creamy beauty Hansika is now a goddess to the diehard fans of Madurai city. It has come to the light that a group of die-hard fans of Hansika approached her sometime back with a proposal to build a temple on her name; they went to convince her saying this is a regular practice to construct temples on famous stars in their city which they are following since many years. They have done the same for actresses Khushboo and Namitha in the past. Few days back after this news, another gossip spread across which stated that, Hansika will be funding for the temple herself to get a good attention in the cine industry. When she came to know about the gossip, she objected it as just a baseless and untrue gossip and people who is not happy with her success is playing this game. She claimed she don’t need to use such cheap tricks to get fame in the industry, and believes in the hard work alone.

She rejected the opinion of fans and said “Actresses are just the human beings and they should not be elevated to the level of a eternal Goddess which is nothing but a wrong notion. She has respect for her fans for the love and affection they have for her. The money they are planning to spend on building temple for her can be used for the good cause and spent on poor and needy people.” She has been to Madurai recently for her upcoming film, Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. It is observed that the actress has helped one person in Madurai, who met with an accident there and gained her fans impression more.

Story:
A pathetic tale, the story begins with four friends Chakry, Abbas, Raghu, Gogi (JD, Mukul Dev, Brahmaji, Kavin Dev) who are struggling to make ends meet. The only solution to their problem is money and they hatch a plan for that. They decide to kidnap Maggie(Tara Alisha) daughter of a rich businessman Jagadish (Naga Babu). Meanwhile, there is Khan Dada (Brahmi) who gets into real estate, sees the high but currently is in low. Performances:
JD Chekravarthy has given a regular performance and nothing special from him. Brahmanandam put all his efforts to entertain but in vain. Brahmaji was effective, Mukul Dev was good. Kavin Dev was confident. Tara Alisha is glamorous and sexy. Ghajala looks voluptuous and she did her bit as required. Venu Madhav was okay. Mayuri was sensuous. Rajeev Kanakala was regular. Jeeva was standard. Shashank came and went. Subbaraju was brief. Rama Prabha was witty. The others didn’t get much scope to perform.

Highlights
  • Flashback scenes of ‘Money’ film

  • Brahmi’s dialogues in few sequences

  • Technical Values

Drawbacks
  • Poor direction

  • Poor screenplay

  • Silly comedy

  • Weak Narration

  • Zero entertainment

  • Nil emotional feel in any scene

Analysis:
The film is the remake of the Hindi movie 'Darwaza Bandh Rako' and it was directed by JD Chekravarthy. However, by no means is the film good enough to get even passing marks. It was more like the film was running for itself and had nothing to do with the audience. The concept was good and had enough ammunition in the form of cast and crew to make it a hilarious treat but the poor handling of the script and inability to produce entertainment has cost the film. At the box office, the film will find it hard to get the money of the audience.

Finally: Ignore,Not worth for your money!!
