Dookudu special 20,000 wala

Prince Mahesh babu does things in style. He proved it with Pokiri and he proved it once again with Dookudu. Now, a special firecracker bonanza is being planned to mark Dookudu’s stupendous success on the occasion of Deepavali.

Normally, the maximum for standard crackers is the 10,000 wala. But for Dookudu, a special 20,000 wala has been made at Shivakasi. The 20,000 walas will be burst outside the main Dookudu theaters in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Tirupathi, Kakinada, Visakhapatnam and Bhimavaram.
Prince Mahesh Babu’s Dookudu is now the biggest grosser in Telugu Cinema history and what better way to celebrate it than with special crackers on a special festival like Deepavali

Kajal Agarwal back with a bang!!!

Few months ago Kajal Agarwal was the prime contender for number one position among Tollywood heroines. But all has changed for her within a span of less than six months and she struggled hard to get back on track. After witnessing a lull in her career, Kajal bounced back again and suddenly she is one of the most happening heroines around.

Just a few days ago she had just one Telugu film on hands. She has only The Businessman on the sets and almost nothing in the pipeline. Within a week's time, Kajal has almost half a dozen Telugu films. Shruti Haasan's missed opportunity had been immediately lapped up by Kajal and she is doing the female lead NTR's Dammu.
Samantha's super busy schedule turned out to be an opportunity for Kajal and she is roped in for Ram Charan, Vinayak film. She is also the frontline contender for Allu Arjun's next film under Vasu Varma direction. Besides she is likely to do a film opposite Rana and Ram. This is what we call a  great comeback. Rock on Kajal!

7Th Sense @ First Report

The festival of Diwali is approaching and more than the fireworks of the crackers, many are awaiting the explosions to be created by the film releases. Notable among them is the movie '7th Sense'. Despite the fact that it is a dubbed movie, the interest and enthusiasm for the film is very high among Telugu audience.

Now, an inside talk has arrived from Chennai. Buzz is that the film is getting an above average talk. While the first half is thumping with mind blowing sequences, it is heard that the second half might lead to an element of confusion as there are many things to be sorted out.

However, Suriya has come up with yet another riveting performance. Though his role as a monk is very brief, he has given a impact creating act. Overall, the film is rating average to above average. So, if the Telugu audience receive it in the same way, a hit is registered.

Panjaa 6 New Stills @ Exclusive

Balayya Vs NTR @ Comparisons

Comparisons are quite common in the cinema circuit especially when someone is reprising a role. Right now, that seems to be the situation with two big names. We are talking about Nandamuri Balakrishna and the legendary N T Rama Rao. The reason for all this is the new movie 'Srirama Rajyam'.

Apparently, the film is gearing up to hit the screens in the month of November and Balayya is seen in the role of Lord Rama. As such, Telugu audience have known N T R as the true incarnation of Lord Rama onscreen. So, they are now waiting to see how Balayya will do justice.

While some say comparison is imminent between father and son, there are those who say this is not sensible. Their point is, Balayya will have his own style and N T Rama Rao had his own style. Well, the ball is now in the court of the audience to decide whether they will compare or treat the performance as it is.

Ram Charan Over Dose Mass Masala!

After tasting a flop with a classy movie Orange, Ram Charan is in no mood to attempt pure love stories or ultra class movies. His forthcoming release 'Racha' title itself speaks what sort of a film it is. Charan's immediate films after Racha too will be targeted at the masses as the actor found such movies to be safe bet.

Mass films play a crucial role in building the fan base of a superstar. Chiranjeevi reached the top and ruled the Telugu film industry for more than two decades only because of such movies. Rajanikanth, Amitabh Bachan and all the so called superstars reached to what they are only because of mass masala movies.

Times have changed but mass masala still sells in cinema. If served in right doses sky is the limit for such films. Therefore Charan is completely depending upon formula mass masala movies to build a strong foundation. His next films under Vinayak and Paidipalli Vamsi (Vaade is the tentative title) are going to be pure hero-centric films with full dose of mass masala.
