Dammu @ beats 'Rachcha' by Good Margin

Along with Andhra Pradesh, our neighboring Karnataka has become a good ground of business for Telugu films. With Karnataka Film Chamber lifting the norms on limited number of screens for other language films, dammu had a massive release and Junior NTR is performing extraordinarily all over the state. As per the reports from our trade sources, Ramcharans Rachcha collected nearly Rs.2 Crores in first week is the record which is now washed away by Junior NTRs dammu crossing the mark in just five days. Yes, due to Labor Holiday of Tuesday (yesterday) due to May Day, collections of dammu were rock stable thus helping Tarak to beat Charan by a good margin. By the end of first week, no surprises even if dammu lands some where in between Rs.2.5-2.75 Crores alone in Karnataka. That is the Star Power of NTR for you folks…!

Sruthi Hassan @ Farewell kiss to Powerstar

The entire shoot of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh have been wrapped up in Switzerland Today. Film's lead lady Shruti Hassan, who had a fantastic time with the cast and crew of the unit, is missing them big time already.
After director Harish Shankar declaration of the wrap of entire shoot, Shruti kissed Pawan on his cheeks and bid goodbye to her fabulous co-star. She is very excited about this project since the day she was roped in to play the role of village belle Bhagya Lakshmi (her character name in Gabbar Singh). The unit sources say, Shruti excelled in her role and Gabbar Singh will be a memorable film in her career.
The multi-talented beauty pinned a lot of hopes on Gabbar Singh, expecting that the outcome of this biggie will bring her good fortune by giving her the much needed hit. In a Industry where filmmaking is treated as Business, only 'success' counts and nothing else matters. You may be talented, but without success your talent will go in vain. So Shruti, keep your fingers crossed till the release of Gabbar Singh!
