Naga Chaitanya @ in Delhi Belly remake?

A leading news daily has reported that Naga Chaitanya has been approached by Tamil filmmaker Kannan to play an important role in the remake of Delhi Belly. Initially, Simbu was supposed to play the lead role in the Tamil version, but now Jayam Ravi has been roped in. Apparently, the makers were keen on making the film in both Tamil and Telugu and Naga Chaitanya is touted to be a leading contender. There’s also a rumour that instead of casting both Naga Chaitanya and Jayam Ravi in the same film, the makers might end up having Naga Chaitanya play the lead role for the Telugu version alone. However, this is just a rumour as of now and official confirmation is awaited. Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya will begin shooting for his upcoming bilingual film Gouravam in Radhamohan’s direction. He’s also shooting for Deva Katta’s Autonagar Surya which is expected to hit the screens in summer.

When Dabaang was first released, many critics at first glance dismissed it as a routine cop story. But what stuck , and what many did not see coming, was Salman’s attitude-laced performance. This was no holier than thou cop. If anything he was whimsical, event amoral at times. But one thing that he was: realistic. This is where Pavan can be deemed the right fit. Pawan seems to shine best with everyday humor. It is realistic and identifiable. He might not have the toned, muscle-rippling bravado that Salman possesses, but he more than makes it up with his comic timing. If the dialogues have the edge in them, Pawan has enough timing in him to make them explode on the screen. This is why Gabbar Singh is such a key movie for the power star. If he gives one hit, I always tried to do a better movie than that. We used to compliment each other whenever we meet outside. In simple, we were good friends in the past and remain so even today. So, I can call it as a healthy atmosphere that helped us to give more number of hits.’ Definitely, there is a message to take.

Shankar also put a song which has lyrics written on Ileana's name praising her eternal beauty. This is certainly not the Shankar we know. This mega director mainly depends on visual grandeur and script value all the time.

It is said that people learn from their past experiences and Shah Rukh Khan is no different. SRK has had a horrible experience as he was compelled to reshoot the film ‘Chalte Chalte’ with Rani Mukerji after Salman Khan’s outrageous fight on the sets of the film forced his then girlfriend Ash’s ouster from the film. And now that Shahrukh is gearing to work with Salman’s yet another ex-girlfriend he decided to play his cards safer this time.


Shah Rukh is all set to commence the shooting of Yash Chopra’s talked about film with Katrina Kaif. Katrina despite of her broken relationship with Salman is still in good terms with him and it was this equation of her with his archrival Salman that made SRK cautious.
He recently met Katrina and asked her whether she had any inhibitions or awkwardness on working with him. Also the fact that it was in Katrina’s birthday party where Salman and SRK had a major fight three years backs. Post that the relationship never improved between the two Khans and hence SRK decided to confront Katrina with the matter in that context to confirm whether she was ready to work with him.
To this, Katrina assured SRK that she had absolutely no problem in working with him.

Ash to play @ female lead in SRK's Film!!

Ace filmmaker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali recently acquired remake rights of Tollywood's film, 'Ramana'. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan in the male lead. However now latest addition to this news is that proud mother, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would be playing the female lead opposite King Khan in the forthcoming flick which would be directed by South filmmaker, AR Murgadoss. However, Ash has not confirmed the news from her side yet.


Sources close to the actor say that she will start working for Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani' first and later she will undertake other projects. Meanwhile, Ash was also supposed to do a cameo in South star Rajnikanth's forthcoming project, 'Kochadaiyaan'. However, if Ash gives nod to the film, this film would mark her and SRK’s reunion as they duo had a tiff in the past. Ash who was the first choice opposite Srk's 'Chalte Chalte' was shown the doors by Srk and filmmaker, Aziz Mirza due to her ex-beau Salman Khan's interference on the sets of the film. Well, actors are now good pals of each other and might work together again.

The strategy behind hitting in these many theatres is only for lifting the opening day advantage to the maximum. But when half of Hyderabad is going empty, who will fill these many theatres is a biggest question mark. Many are thinking that no need to hurry up for advance bookings as tickets will be available across the counter for any desired show due to less demand and more supply!! It’s a big blow for black marketers as well.
While the situation in Hyderabad is filled with tension like this, the decision to release it on Friday is an advantage for overseas screening. If the initial plan to hit the screens on 11th is followed, the film will certainly eat big blow as that isn’t a week end. Balakrishna @ to contest Elections!!

Star Hero and TDP star campaigner Nandamuri Balakrishna on Saturday announced that he would join the electoral politics in the next assembly elections in 2014.
"I would contest the next assembly elections in 2014. The party will take the decision on the constituency which I should represent," said Balakrishna.
On reacting to the media's question on the statehood issue, Balayya said,"I would abide by the party's decision on Telangana".


There were already talks in the political circles that Balakrishna would contest the next elections from the Hindupur assembly segment, which is a safe bet for Telugu Desam Party. NTR was elected thrice from Hindupur and Harikrishna served as MLA once contesting from Hindupur.
