Racha @ Compromises At Censor Board!!

The censor certificate is quite crucial for any film and it is heard that the forthcoming venture ‘Racha’ had to go through some compromise to ensure that they get a U/A certificate. That way, sources reveal that it has toned down the confrontation between Chiranjeevi and censor board officer Dhanalaxmi.
Apparently, buzz is that Chiru was exerting political pressure on Dhanalaxmi who was reportedly delaying watching the movie. Finally, when the makers were keen on a U/A certificate, Dhanalaxmi reportedly suggested nearly 13-14 cuts which included double meaning dialogues and gory action sequences.
Producer N V Prasad from his end maintained that there was no tension between Chiru and Dhanalaxmi and added that he is happy with the U/A certificate. On the other hand, Dhanalaxmi reportedly mentioned that the board went by the book and incorporated the cuts since the makers wanted a U/A. ‘Racha’ releases on April 5th so let us see what happens.

Mahesh Babu Or Pawan Kalyan With Rajamouli?

NTR @ 'Baadshah' changes from Korea to Rome!!

Young tiger Jr NTR is currently beaming with confidence and the reason for that is his forthcoming venture 'Dhammu' has shaped up very well and the inside talk is that it is going to score a major success. Meanwhile, he has not taken a break and has got onto his next venture.
This is titled as 'Baadshah' and till recently it was reported that the shooting is going to take place in Seoul in Korea. However, the latest update is that the venue has been changed for undisclosed reasons and the unit is heading to Italy to do the shooting. Rome is one among the locations which has been finalized.
The film is directed by jackpot hit director Srinu Vaitla and NTR is pairing up with the saucy seductress Kajal Agarwal. This is being produced by Ganesh Babu and the regular shooting will commence from May onwards. Just like any other Vaitla movie this is going to be a wholesome entertainer.

Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh is all set to release on May 9 as per the producer's statement. Right now there is no change in this date. When Gabbar Singh is getting ready to hit the screens on 9th, Ram's Endukante Premanta release has been advanced by twenty days. That means it will release on May 11th as per latest development.


Endukante Premanta was supposed to release on May 31st, but suddenly it came forward to have a direct clash with Gabbar Singh. Ram is known as Junior Power star among film buffs as he imitates Pawan Kalyan unconditionally. What is he going to prove by pitting his film against the big man?
Ram says that Endukante Premanta will not be clashing with any other films. He added that it has been advanced only to avoid clashes with other releases during May. In that case, Pawan Kalyan fans are in for disappointment. Why because Gabbar Singh's release might be pushed to last week of May and hence Ram's movie chose a safer zone for release!

Shahrukh @ hits back at Salman Khan!

The war of words between Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan does not seem to end. After hearing what Salman said in the recent event, Shahrukh hits back by saying that its good that he did not attend Ambani's party as all negative stories are coming out of it. He also told the media that he did not like the way Salman indirectly involved him in his comment.
At a recent gala, organised by business honcho Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani, last week to honour Sachin Tendulkar, Salman praised Sachin by saying that 'nobody can beat Sachin's record'. He also compared Sachin's record with Don by saying the famous dialogue, “Jaise Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahin namumkin hai, waise Sachin ka record todna bhi namumkin hai”. To tone down his sarcastic remark, he further added, since his father wrote the dialogue he has all the rights to use it.
Shahrukh at a recent event reacted by saying that he did not like the comment and tries not to take it seriously. He also said, it's good that he was not there.
When asked what Salman has to say about this, Salman explained that he thinks the comments were good and his father, who has co-written the original film, did not make any objection on it.

According to a survey by Pinstorm India, Priyanka holds number one position, while Shashi Tharoor is on number two and Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan on three.
The list consists of 100 people ranging from Aamir Khan to Salman Khan to Taran Adarsh and may more.
Priyanka also enjoys one of the highest number of followers on twitter - she has 2228363 followers, which is is more than Sachin Tendulkar's.

Naga Chaitanya @ Replaced By Allu Sirish!!

The new age heroes have got their own share of market and demand so it is natural that whenever a producer signs them for a project, replacement is next to impossible. However, it appears that something like that has happened between two Tollywood people and that too in Kollywood.
Reports from Chennai reveal that Naga Chaitanya who has been roped in as the hero for the bilingual movie ‘Gouravam’ has been dropped. This is being directed by Radha Mohan of ‘Gaganam’ fame and now it is heard that Chaitu’s place has been taken by Allu Sirish.
Incidentally, Sirish has been preparing himself for a debut in Kollywood and at one point, his dad Allu Aravind also stated on how Sirish wants to do a dozen Tamil flicks before entering Telugu. But the reasons behind Chaitu dropping from the project are yet to be known. The buzz is that due to this change, there could be a change in the title of the film too. Let us see how this goes.

Thaman @ to compose for ‘Delhi Belly’ remake!

The rising music director SS Thaman is touted to be scoring the tunes for the remake version of Bollywood film Delhi Belly.
UTV Mtion Pictures will be producing this remake venture that might cast Arya, Hansika, Santhanam and Anjali in the leads. Director Kannan is said to helm the camera for this remake venture that would have some changes in the original version to suit the Kollywood audiences and to maintain dignity.
It is unpredictable that, whether this yet-to-be-titled remake venture will set the new trends in Kollywood, as Delhi Belly does in Bollywood. Musician Thaman, who is hyped to compose for this film, is pipeline with Thadaiyara Thaakka, Vallinam and Aasu Raja Rani Jackie & Joker in Kollywood and a couple of movies in Tollywood. However an official announcement is expected soon.

Ram Charan has impressed one and all with his down to earth nature and non-egoistic behavior. He attended NTR's Baadshah launch and invited NTR for tea. Few days later he admitted that his costar Tamanna is good looking than him. Recently he showered rich praises on Eega trailer and appreciated Rajamouli's work on a public forum.
Although Ram Charan is being very humble and honest in each and every instance, there are few people who are still trying to spread nonsense. They say that Charan is not as transparent as he appears. If he is that transparent, why didn't he make any comments on NTR's Dammu trailer, which has been getting terrific response, Is what they are pointing out.
Ram Charan took time to watch Eega trailer and also posted good words about it. That doesn't mean he should be watching each and every movie trailers and promotional stuff, isn't it? Also Eega is directed by Rajamouli, the man who gave Charan the biggest hit in his career till date. Charan missed to attend the audio launch of Eega despite Rajamouli's invitation as he was out of city on that day. After all Charan is not a regular tweeter. He doesn't speak much about his films too let alone NTR's!

Bumper Price @ for Gabbar Singh Overseas Rights

The overseas rights of Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s mass action entertainer ‘Gabbar Singh’ have been bagged by Blue Sky for a bumper price in excess of Rs 3 Crores. The deal has been finalized after intense competition among eight overseas players. Blue Sky is releasing the movie in overseas territories in association with Parameshwara Art Productions banner.
Shruti Haasan is the heroine in this film and Harish Shankar is the director. The movie is slated or a May 2012 release and Devi Sri has scored the music. The audio launch of the film will take place on the 15th of April.

In contrary to the earlier reports, Hero Ram and Tamanna starrer 'Endukante Premanta' is all set to release on May 11. Ram himself has confirmed this news on his twitter account and he says, “ATTENTION PLS: #ENDHUKANTEPREMANTA will now release on " MAY 11th " and not on May 31st as informed to u earlier..Press Release Soon! ”. However, the release date of Endukante Premanta's Tamil version 'Yen Endraal...Kaadhal Enbein' has not been finalised yet. Directed by Karunakaran and produced by Sravanti Ravi Kishore, the film is touted to be a romantic comedy entertainer with music scored by GV Prakash Kumar.

Mahesh-Venky @ SVSC to end by July!?

The real multi star film of Tollywood for current generation is ‘seethamma vaakitlo sirimalle chettu.’ As per the current schedule, movie is shooting key scenes in Hyderabad and Venkatesh has rejoined the team. Then on unit will shift to Ahmedabad where schedule will be in progress for a fortnight. Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu play brothers in the film.
The two big stars will participate in shooting from April second week. After Ahmedabad, the next schedule will begin in Hyderabad in July where director Srikant Addala will wind up the total movie by patching loose ends. Samanta and Anjali are playing female leads in film being produced by Dil Raju.

Salman Khan Gives green signal to Zanjeer remake

Although his father Salim Khan has got a few objections, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is in favour of the remake of 1973 superhit 'Zanjeer', the film which established Amitabh Bachchan as the 'angry young man' of the Hindi cinema.
"I feel 100 percent - a remake of Zanjeer should be made. It was a super hit film," said Salman, while speaking to the mediapersons. Salman's father was the scriptwriter of Amitabh starrer Zanjeer. Salim Khan strongly feels that the cult status and the storyline of the original should be retained.
When asked about the reservations his father has got over the proposed remake Zanjeer, Salman replied,"Even 'Don' (Salim Khan was also the scriptwriter of Amitabh starrer Don) was remade (Shahrukh's Don) and a sequel (Shahrukh's Don 2) had also come out. My father has never objected. Don has been made twice."
Till date, the makers of Zanjeer feared that Salman's father may approach the court to stall the shooting of Zanjeer remake. But now with Salman's clarification, they breathed a sigh of relief and a major hurdle for the Ram Charan's Bollywood debut has been sorted out.
