Gabbar singh was released at Prasads with 29 shows for the first day and continued to maintain the maximum no of shows through out the week, In its second week run it showed the same impact with record no of shows around 16 including 3 at IMAX creating history and it became the first movie to continue at IMAX in 3 shows. In its 3rd week despite of big release continued to pawan the box office with house fulls at weekends.
Reports say, It has created sensation in history of Prasads by collections 2+ crores in 24 days of its run . Gabbar singh has become first movie to cross this figure and attain this unique record.
