The one film which is playing in the mouths of many is ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’. Now, it is heard that this has created a new record in America.News is that the ticket for the premiere show has been bought at a whopping price of $ 5000. The man to do that is NRI Jitendra Atluri who is a self confessed fan of N T Rama Rao and Nandamuri Balakrishna.
Jitendra who hails from Nuziveedu in Krishna district is the owner of Horizon Software company and he is also a partner in two other companies. Now, he is also working on setting up few power projects in India. Not only business, Jitendra has a strong presence in charity acts through his ‘Atluri Charitable Trust’ which has free medical and eye camps, education for students in villages, free drinking water projects.
Earlier, Jitendra went ahead and bought the designer axe used by Balayya in ‘Simha’ for Rs 5 lakhs. This money was used for the benefit of film artistes. Sharing his thoughts, Jitendra reportedly mentioned that he would be taking up more charity initiatives on behalf of NTR trust and is hoping to see more films like ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ from the Nandamuri family.
