Ram Charan is addicted to @ ‘Angry Birds’

Ram Charan Tej has a new pasttime – playing ‘Angry Birds’ on his iPad, whenever he finds time. Apparently, the game has got him so addicted that he even shared it with his fans on Twitter. While the game first came into existence in 2009, it became a smash hit in 2010 and it’s touted as one of the most popular games in the world today. Ram Charan Tej is currently shooting for Sampath Nandi’s Rachcha. Tamannaah is his co-star in the film. He’s going to begin shooting for V V Vinayak’s untitled film and Vamshi Paidipally’s Yevadu later this month. 2012 is a busy year for the actor with at least two to three releases by the end of the year, apart from his wedding with Upasana Kamineni, if sources are to be believed.
 

Balakrishna Is Childish: Chiru

Megastar-turned-politician K Chiranjeevi may be senior to Nandamuri Balakrishna in terms of age, but both of them have come into the Telugu film industry more or less at the same time.

In fact, Balakrishna has been introduced into the industry by his father N T Rama Rao a couple of years early.

Yet, Chiranjeevi treats Balakrishna as a child. He was reacting to Balakrishna’s comment the other day that Chiranjeevi, who had established his Praja Rajyam Party on the social justice plank in his eagerness to become the Chief Minister, had failed to run the party and merged it with the Congress.

“I don’t think I need to take Balakrishna’s comments seriously. They reflect his childish mentality. What one requires is sincerity in politics. If you come into politics with selfish motives, people will not appreciate. Anybody with a commitment and sincerity to serve the people, they are always welcome into politics,” he said.

Don’t these words apply to Chiranjeevi as well?

Businessman @ Big release in Tamil Nadu!!

Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film, The Businessman is going to release in a big way in Tamil Nadu later this month. Gnanavel Raja, a leading producer who owns Studio Green banner, has bought the distribution rights of the film for entire Tamil Nadu. In the past, most of Mahesh Babu’s film have done exceptionally well in Chennai and now with a recent hit like Dookudu, some of the leading producers in Tamil Nadu are keeping a close eye on how well Businessman does at box-office. There’s also a rumour that Gnanavel Raja might have bought the Tamil remake rights of the film, but there’s no official confirmation about this. The film is already being dubbed in Tamil; however, if it’s remade in Tamil, Gnanavel Raja is likely to rope in one of his two cousins – Suriya or Karthi to reprise Mahesh Babu’s role in the film. Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the film has Mahesh Babu and Kajal in lead roles. The Telugu version is going to hit the screens on January 13 and the Tamil and Malayalam versions are expected to hit the screens at the end of the month.

Super Star Krishna has essayed a special role in Srikanth’s upcoming film ‘Sevakudu’ . Krishna will be seen as a rich and influential NRI who wants to come back to India and invest his hard earned money in the Indian economy. ” Srikanth has acted with me in Varasudu and Rowdy Annayya before. He is a good actor and he has acted well in this movie Sevakudu. I am sure the movie will do well”, said Krishna.
Srikanth and Charmi are the lead pair in this movie which has been directed by Samudra. The story is about political corruption and Srikanth will be seen as an inspirational person who fights against these social atrocities. Muttineni Satyanarayana is the producer. The audio album of this film was launched recently. Srikanth Deva has composed the lyrics.

RamCharan @ to romance Hansika!!

Mega Power Star Ram Charan Tej is all set to work in a new film under the direction of V.V.Vinayak. Kajal is the heroine in this project. The latest buzz in the industry is that cute beauty Hansika has been roped in as the second lead for the movie. Ram Charan is playing a dual role in this mass entertainer and Hansika will be seen as the love interest of one of Charan’s characters.
D.V.V. Danayya is producing this film on Universal Media banner.Thaman is scoring the music for this movie.Shooting will begin in the first week of February and the makers are planning to wrap it up in a single and uninterrupted long schedule.Charan is currently working for Sampath Nandi’s Raccha, which is expected to be out for summer 2012.

No competition with Mahesh & Venky: NTR

Nandamuri Taraka Rathna till now hasn’t got a single strong hit or a strength character to prove his acting talent. For the first time, I am doing a full fledged and a matured mass role. Although this is a remake of Kannada hit ‘Deadly Soma,’ nearly 80% of the script is prepared on sole by director Srinivas.
Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh are different level heroes. My film ‘Nandiswarudu’ is not at all a competitor to ‘Businessman’ and ‘Bodyguard.’ I am fully satisfied with Sankranti release of my movie.’
