Oosaravelli massive release in USA

Young Tiger NTR’s action extravaganza Oosaravelli is making waves as the release date looms closer.The movie is being released in a massive way across USA in 101 theaters and this is a new record for a Telugu movie in the US. Earlier reports had about 91 theaters but we have come to know that more theaters are being added to cater to the heavy demand from movie lovers.

There is a massive buzz surrounding the movie and the industry reports are very positive. Highly placed sources say that the movie has a very powerful script that has not been seen in Telugu Film Industry before.Tamanna’s beauty and oomph is a major asset to the movie as is Devi Sri’s music. Surender Reddy is known for his stylish taking and the cinematography department has been handled by Rasool Ellore so we can be assured of a visually superb experience.

This is definitely great news for the Telugu Film Industry as it has been a long time since two back to back hits from major heroes were delivered.The movie is being released in Andhra Pradesh through R.R.Movie Makers and Oosaravelli is all set to hit the screens on October 6th.

Dookudu smashes all time record

Prince Mahesh Babu’s Dookudu is showing no signs of slowing down at the Box Office. The movie is smashing apart all previous records held by Telugu Films in the USA and is rewriting Box Office History there.

As of yesterday, Dookudu collected approximately Rs 8 Crores in the US market. This is unheard of for a Telugu film ever and the record for the previous highest collection was held by Magadheera. Dookudu has crossed that record already by a couple of crores. The other overseas markets are turning in bumper collections as well.

The movie once again proves that Mahesh Babu is the Prince of the Box Office for the overseas market.Dookudu has set a new benchmark for overseas box office performance of Telugu Films. Let us hope that Dookudu continue to maintain those figures.

Oosaravelli beats Dookudu hands down!

NTR Jr. movie Oosaravelli is going to be the biggest release ever in Telugu cinema history. Earlier it was Dookudu, which was released in most number of screens across the world. Oosaravelli is going for much wider release and has beaten Dookudu in all the areas in terms of release.

Dookudu got benefitted by releasing in most number of theaters as it recorded the best ever opening in Tollywood history. Now Oosaravelli too follows the same theory and we have to wait and see if it can surpass Dookudu in terms of collections. Oosaravelli is releasing on October 6. This film is directed by Surender Reddy and Tamanna plays the female lead in it. Music is scored by Devi Sri Prasad.

Dookudu rampage continues at box office

Mahesh Babu Dookudu continues to rock the Tollywood box office in its second week. Despite huge release, Dookudu is still going with full houses in many centers. The collections have been phenomenal in A centers and good in B and C centers.

Even in the second week, Hyderabad multiplexes are screening maximum shows of Dookudu and most of the shows are being full. Dookudu is all set to receive record collections in the second week too. We have to wait if Oosaravelli arrival slows down this film or not.
Mahesh Babu is one of the few heroes who can take a hit film to unexpected range. He has done that with Pokiri in the past and he is repeating the same with Dookudu too.

NTR Upset with Yamadonga Spoof in Dookudu

Generally, when a spoof is being made on a movie, it is a courtesy of the director to inform the other director and its hero. Most directors of this era are not following such politeness before using others content. However, our director is already informed about the 'spoof', but only our hero is the 'bakra' here. Confused? There were many spoofs on Nandamuri Heroes in many of Allari Naresh's flicks to tickle the audiences. While they look healthy on one side, they make a mere mockery on the other side. One of the most applauded such spoof is the imitation of several heroes by MS Narayana in the recent DOOKUDU. Sources revealed that the spoof matter is informed to Rajamouli but not to Jr.NTR. Though there is nothing offensive about the spoof, MS donning the role of Junior in YAMADONGA and the famous 'Puli..' dialogue is making audience go for a laughing riot. But, there is a thing that is paining Junior's fans a lot.
While Mahesh shouts a wow for all heroes' imitations in the scene, he just goes mute for Junior's dialogue and this is said to be harassing them. Looks like fans are really desperate for OOSARAVELLI to strike back at DOOKUDU as this Dasara bonanza.

NTR Revenge On Ileana

Where is Ileana? Why this sexy actress suddenly lost all the charm and is not even seen around in Tollywood? It is only because of one tongue slip! Ileana, who was not so happy with the way Aswini Dutt treated her for Shakti, stated that it was a bad film and she regretted doing it. Although her outrage was against Aswini Dutt, the hero of that film NTR got hurt by her words.

NTR didn't take her words lightly because it was only after Ileana's comments media started to declare that Shakti is a disaster. By then Shakti is still holding its ground at the box office despite bad talk. But Ileana's statement gave the killer punch that Shakti didn't recover forever.
Hence, NTR Jr. called upon all his friends and associates in the industry and asked them not to cast Ileana in their films. NTR is one of the biggest stars in our industry and nobody could say no to him. Now Ileana's only chance to survive in Tollywood is to get closer to Mahesh and mega family heroes.

Poonam Kaur Bollywood Dreams

It is a common sutra that for any actress, Bollywood is their final destination. And this is irrespective of how famous they are in the south. That's one reason why even the likes of Asin, Kajal Agarwal, Trisha were ready to discard their south royalties and become one among the Bollywood beauties. Now, another name has joined the list. She is none other than Poonam Kaur. Though she is a Punjabi, Poonam has settled in Andhra Pradesh and she has been a part of Tollywood since day one of her career. But now, it is heard that even she has begun to focus on the big Bollywood.
 Sources reveal that Poonam has begun getting in touch with her old contacts and those she knows in Mumbai. Buzz is that very soon Poonam would be visiting Mumbai to meet a few people and also made arrangements to be present at few top shot parties of Bollywood circuit. Well, only time will tell how much fruitful all these plans will work for her career.
