Samanta's blind faith on Director

Gautham Vasudev Menon is the god father for beautiful actress samanta. This director has the habit of repeating heroines if he likes their performance. Long before Gautham was impressed by Jyothika casting her as heroine in many of his films. Later his crush was Sameera Reddy and now samanta appears to be the lucky girl. She has caught Menon’s attention in a big way. That is the reason why first ‘Ye Maya Chesave’ followed by desperate guest appearance in ‘Erra Gulabeelu.’

Although Sam was later booked by Junior NTR in Brindavanam and Mahesh Babu in Dookudu, now Menon is giving a chance for samanta to act as heroine opposite Jiiva. samanta is said to have signed along the dotted lines even before the script was narrated to her. Such is her blind faith on Gautham!

Legal notices served to Amir Khan

Delhi belly hailed by movie critics and industry people as modern generation flick is receiving notices from judiciary. The kind of filthy language (Chootiya, Bahan Chooth, Bulla etc and explicit contented scenes) might have been liked by a section of audience but others feel that ‘delhi belly’ has degraded the standards of Hindi movie making. 

On this same issue, Aamir Khan Productions, Department of Information and Broadcasting and Censor Board of Film Certification were issued notices by the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court challenging the public exhibition censor certification issued to ‘delhi belly.’

The notices were issued on a writ petition seeking direction to ‘quash’ the certification. Court has asked the respondents to file a reply in four weeks time. Petitioners alleged that film, starring Imran Khan in lead role and produced by Aamir Khan had indecent, immoral, abusive language and the same trend is being permitted to continue. This is clear violation of section 5 B of the Cinematograph Act.

Anushka to stay 1 year away from Tollywood

he work of gossipmongers on personal life seems to have created a deep wound for anushka. Reason being quite obvious and she maintained close relations with Akkineni family. Now, repenting for the mistake anushka is known to have decided to stay away from Tollywood for entire one year. Apparently the hot yoga babe might be working for ‘Damarukham’ of Nagarjuna and ‘Rebel’ of Prabhas but she is not showing any interest in accepting the new Telugu projects.

The other version from Kollywood is anushka spared a full year of call sheets to director Selva Raghavan’s upcoming prestigious film with Arya as hero. Precisely script work of this historical subject with very high budget was done for Daggubati Rana but due to creative differences, the idea was dropped. As this one will be a bi-lingual flick, anushka is decided to stay as long as possible in Chennai and make this film one more ‘Arundhathi’ in her career.  

Producers forced to release 'Dookudu' Audio

More than Fan following, Mahesh Babu is also famous for his delayed or extended or postponed movie schedules. He is considered as one among the heroes in Tollywood who hasn’t realized his actual potential. Accordingly few of the tapori batches have taught a right lesson to ‘dookudu’ producers and hero Mahesh Babu.

Here goes the insider story. From last two days, there is heavy market buzz on leaked audio of ‘dookudu.’ Yes, people around Film Nagar have publicized the news about songs of ‘Dookdudu’ released on net much before the official launch. Producers of the film are not only confused but also detected the early threat and hastily, officially announced the audio release function of their film going to be commenced in first week of August and movie is to be released in August last week. Truth is that, songs available on net are not the original songs of ‘dookudu’ but some trash material.

What ever may be the reason, producers have shown the grace on Prince Fans, officially and forcibly declaring the tentative audio and movie release dates. So, get ready for one more beating from music director Thaman SS.

After Anushka, Kajal troubles Chaitu

Looks like Naga Chaitanya has to fight through all the rumors even though most of the time he keeps an underdog away from media. First it was his engagement with Anushka that threw up heavy discussions in film circles about the relation of Yoga beauty with Akkineni family. As this rumor started to fade off, Chaitu is being hit by a strong gossip of heroine Kajal Agarwal slapping him on sets of ‘Dhada’ recently.

Nothing between Me and Chaitu: Anushka

Anushka, who is very happy these day with overwhelming response for her recently released film 'Nanna', says she doesn't want to play roles similar to that she had portrayed in the past. "After 'Arundathi', many people have approached me with similar roles. I don't want to play the same role again and again. I will never play the role of lawyer again after 'Nanna'. I want to work in the films, that make people cry," says Anushka. 

Though she is taller than many other star heroes in South India, the actress still feels that her height is an added advantage. "My height(5ft 9-and-a-half inches) is not a problem, when it comes to films. In fact, there is not a point of comparison anywhere when a role was offered to me. It's one of my plus points," said the actress.

For the first time, Anushka reacted to the link-up reports between her and Naga Chaitanya. "There is nothing between me and Naga Chaitanya. All these rumours are in bad taste and completely baseless. I don't bother about such false stories. The people who were close to me knows about me. That's enough," She shot back.
